Stayed here many times to and from Portugal. Often excited by the offer of fresh seafood on the evening menu. Not really value for money but a superb location yards from the motorway

This time left very early and handed my key to reception staff with a " merci " Black Guy on reception. Completely disinterested. Never spoke and no eye contact. A poor ending from an employee who takes zero time for Customer relations.

More expensive than most ibis we stay in and Room not as nice ,why is there never a handrail in the the shower in ibis hotels an absolute must for safety reasons, not enough towel rails and hooks to hang clothes, only one position for shower head adjustable rail for all short and tall people, evening buffet very poor used to be much better some of the hot food didn't look fresh

Room good, breakfast good, dinner limit choice for vegetarian but we bought the pizzas from the machine in the car park and they were happy for us to eat these in the bar. We charged our car for a flat fee of 5 euros.

More vegetarian options in the buffet dinner.

Convenient to Futuroscope good when restaurant is fully open. All other facilities acceptable, didn’t appreciate having to go out and look for somewhere else to eat because there were not sufficient guest to justify opening the restaurant. A reduced menu would have been acceptable.

Evening Receptionist was dreadful on arrival and throughout the evening. Very unfriendly. Did not feel at all welcome. In fact we felt like our presence was a real inconvenience for her even though the hotel seemed to be almost empty. We had driven from Calais with two unwell dogs, planned on dining in but restaurant closed Saturday/Sunday. Receptionist advised we could drive 10 mins to local restaurants so we just ate our travel snacks in the room. Later my wife went to find salt and a member of staff cleaning the restaurant told her a menu was available in the Bar. No hand towels in the bathroom. My wife ask for two at reception and was told a bath towel each was sufficient and all that was provided. She explained we weren’t going to dry our faces with towels we’d dried our bodies and demand extra towels. Late in the evening the dog needed to pee, my wife took him downstairs and asked how to get to the garden area that’s mentioned on the web site, receptionist said there wasn’t one so my wife walked the dog along the road in the dark….next morning we were seated in the restaurant overlooking the lawn/pool area.

No evening meal available, apart from bar snacks. The shower head had a fixed bracket (non adjustable), and sprayed water horizontally! A lot of money for very little service.

On our way to biarritz. Nice opportunity for visiting Futuroscope. Nearly everything we read on reviews in line with expectations. Except for the early morning very loud noices of utilities trucks and men right under our door.

At 7AM we all had unpleasant wake up call. Better avoid roons 112, 114, 116 for sure. And the front desk lady looked not surprised. Dit not offer any assistance and somewhat rudely swiped my credit card.

Very good breakfast for French hotel. Pool was smaller, than it looked on the hotel picture, but still very comfortable on a hot day. Walking distance from Futuroscope, bus stop to Poitiers center just in front of the hotel.
