The parking seems very expensive given that you don’t have a huge amount of choice. The staff we excellent except for one barman who very rude and really couldn’t be bothered with us we seemed to be an inconvenience to him. The air conditioning was barely working which made the room very stuffy and we couldn’t open the window because of the traffic noise. We were only given one towel which may have been a mistake.

The decor was excellent and everything was really clean. The positioning was great not too far to walk to the city centre. The breakfast was excellent.

Car park is not great for supercars. It's really tight on the ramps and you'll spin up the rear wheels on the curved parts of the ramp. Additionally, there is a small step down to the pavement when exiting the car park. You can't see it and in a low car it could cause damage.

Easy to get to the hotel off the main road. OK to stop at for a night. Was clean and tidy if a little dated.

The lift wasn't working on our check out day. Not too bad for us because we were not on an upper floor but would have been a pain if our room was on one of the higher floors.

Check in was very efficient. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. The underground car parking was OK although it's easy to miss the entrance and is very tight for larger cars. Allowing our dog to stay was much appreciated.

Room size was fine but faced the road. Next time I will request a room on the other side of the hotel. We went for breakfast near the end of the breakfast sitting by which time the choice was limited and there were some fruit flies on the tomatoes. We choose not to have the breakfast as a result.

Great location when travelling through France as easily accessible. Once parked up it is a short stroll into town.

Our room was quite small. It was difficult to move around, especially when you have to open large suitcases. There were only bath towels in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have hand towels as well. Location is a bit farther from the city centre than we hoped (about 15 min walk), but not a big deal for us. Access to hotel parking area is a bit tricky.

The staff was nice and courteous, especially the gentleman at the reception who welcomed us at breakfast was very kind and friendly. Room furnishing is basic but adequate and functional, the bed is comfy. Breakfast was served at the Mercure hotel and was excellent, great variety of choices, everything was delicious. Secure underground parking is a big plus.

The bathroom was awful, toilet absolutely disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months… mound growth seen. Dirty with a puddle of something underneath the toilet on the floor. The sink was broken, unable to fill with water. Staff at reception informed.

Very friendly and helpful lady on Reception - with excellent English skills! Safe parking, good restaurant food in the evening and breakfast, excellent room and 10 to 15 minutes walk into Rouen.
