Been there many times and always good, although I don’t think the breakfast was as good as usual. No English breakfast tea for one thing.

The breakfast is quite basic, more what you might expect in an extreme budget hotel chain. Poor quality bread. Options are not good. Also a large group of noisy guests in the lobby with their barking dog.

Location with secure parking. Quick access to the city by bus directly in front of the hotel. Well located for local craft beers and Italian restaurant just a few mins walk. Lovely comfortable beds. We all slept great.

This hotel has everything you need and most importantly a super comfortable bed. From a bar to a limited but quality small meals menu to a great breakfast and really thoughtful sustainability initiatives, and a reasonable sized (albeit on the small size- but workable) we are now a convert to IBIS Styles having previously tried IBIS and decided not to repeat the experience.

Staff is very friendly and efficient! A particular friendly welcome from Solene with a very late check-in and dinner! The hotel / rooms are clean with excellent breakfast (basic but with fresh and multiple choices)

We have stayed many times on one night stopovers so the negatives are really small. The bar drinks are never properly chilled. Also the breakfast options are quite limited for a hotel in this price range. No fruit is available. Oats are available but without the facilities needed to make porridge. I'm not sure if they know what oats are used for.

Perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stop. There is a bus route stopping out front for the city centre. Also new restaurants less than 5 min walk from the hotel with great atmosphere.

Nothing really to fault. it is a little way in to Rouen but not a problem.

We have stayed here a number of times before. Appreciated the change to Ibis Styles. breakfast was great as always.

Dirty sheets, no water cooker, my room was smaller and more expensive than my colleague's. Mold in the bathroom, took ages for warm water. Looks better on pictures than in reality. Breakfast was sheit as well, too little choice. Banlieu hotel.

Well, it was close to my supplier. The airco / heater worked fine and there was a TV. Free tea and croissants in the lobby. Free gated parking.

The breakfast area is cool but the food selection isn't great (apart from the tea selection which is good).

Great location for an overnight stop. Good secure parking. We have stayed before on a car journey and probably will again. There are good dining options within a short walk or you can take a short bus ride to Rouen centre.
