There was an unfriendly man at the reception (on the night shift), he didn't even answer "good evening", he looked at people with an angry expression on his face, and it was difficult/unpleasant for him to answer questions. I don't understand how you can hire such unfriendly people for such a job.

Breakfast was great on saturday...and really poor on sunday apparently for no reason. Level of service should be more consistent.

Breakfast was great, all staff were lovely and friendly. The beds were comfy and the black out blinds were great.

The toilets were small and tiny, no extractor fans. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, the cleaners were rude and walked into the room without knocking. And would then continue to knock a number of times. Couldn’t speak English, difficult to speak to if you need things like extra pillows. The rooms were very small, quite dirty and the location was out the way from a lot of places

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was only a 10-minute drive to the beach, which was very convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, TV, and air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the mattresses were. I absolutely loved them. You have parking facility 10euro per day, however you can park in the Main Street for free (if you find a spot!).

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Good location , sensibly priced

The hotel is sited in what’s best described as a run down industrial estate , the car parks are in a very poor state . The hotel is in dire need of a revamp , our room had been heavily scented which was over powering , in the morning having used the shower the bedroom carpets were soaked , hence the cover up scents , I’m sure it was once fairly good but it’s now I would suggest , only just open 🧐

Staff was friendly, room was cozy and clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was fine.

It has a payable parking for a car in garage 10€/day, otherwise you can leave the car infront of hotel for free.

Location was good. About 15 mins drive from the prominent places in Anyibes

There is a male receptionist who was very rude and unprofessional to us. We heard about his rude behavior from other guests during breakfast. We were offered room 001 (beware, don’t fall for it) where the ac was not working. Luckily they changed our room after we complained. Later I read in google reviews that the ac in that particular room never worked.

Really nice hotel. Would recommend!
