From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The lovely gentleman on the desk was very polite and welcoming and it was an absolute pleasure to arrive to after a long journey. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were clean and tidy, well-stocked and welcoming, and it was nice and quiet - just what was needed. Beds were very comfortable as well! I would stay here again for sure!

Nothing- Breakfast could have been a bit more exciting, but it did the trick.

The welcome from the young gentleman and lady on our arrival. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and cool. The air-con was great. The pool was a wonderful 27° and perfect for a swim to cool in the 30° heat, with seating and nice day bed loungers around the pool. Pool towels are offered too. Parking was good. You can have a free hot drink or water from the machines in the restaurant, which we weren’t aware of, we only found this out the following day, which was a shame because we would have had a coffee. We ate at the restaurant, purely because after a long drive from Spain we didn’t wish to drive again, but there were restaurants and easy walk away from this hotel. The menu is basic - but offers a good choice of up to three courses at a fixed price. It was tasty enough. The hotel is in an area with lots of leisure activities so perfect for families or the adventurous, all within a short stroll. The location was perfect to find also. Breakfast could have been a little better, all fresh but I felt lacking in some choices, although there was the usual, breads, ham, cheese, pastries and cereals. It just lacked something. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a premium room that was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was super. Right next door to parks and lakes that were perfect for dog walking.

The breakfast options are very limited. No complimentary water in the room, and the location is far from supermarket so not easy to get water.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The facility has gym and swimming pool and the parking lot is spacious.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel, and again it was a pleasant confirmation, very close to Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, and in a quiet location. Good breakfast and a plus the secure parking.

Too expensive for what it offers, poor breakfast. Far from Arcachon centre, reachable only by car.

The card kept in room to keep electricity for my baby freezer disappeared while out, and i add to complain to the maindesk, i got it back the day after.

I was charged on the 26 of december, two days before my stay, and again charged fully at the hotel. I was surprised to be charged twice.

The toilettes are separated from the bathroom. The room was a bit small for 3 people and the spare bed a bit uncomfy. Breakfast quite limited, there wasnt much variety although the food was tasty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool is a bit small but nice.
