The breakfast options were very poor , the eggs are from a package and did not taste well, the rooms are ok for one night, but not a prolonged stay the rooms need maintenance, the pillows are small, and the ac was not cooling properly,

The fact that a lot of games were incomplete or not working, there was a gameroom which was closed; arcademachine was behind closed bars. Also they didn’t have a toiletbrush which is a must in any hotel!We had two rooms and neither one of them had one.

There was a solid sound on the window side. I could not sleep well. Also the settings of hot water is not working correctly. Both of the problems are related to room. So I was unlucky. Normally it is good place for families.

Clean, cheap, amazing breakfast, kids area

Friendly stuff, everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The kids were super excited, there is a kids place to play, ping pong, table football. But the breakfast is an art on itself. In Europe you won’t find a better breakfast in a hotel. Definitely recommend

That you had to pay 5€ to use the swimming pool.

As soon as we walked into the reception, there was a beautiful smell of coconut perfumes. This was definitely the best smelling ibis I have ever stayed in!

Parking very busy during our stay especially at night. The service was very slow the first two nights in the restaurent, ate elsewhere the other nights.

Phones in both rooms to get reception were not working. Not sure if this was occasional, or if they were deliberately disconnected / put out of service.

We had a very pleasant time-off resting during a long road trip. The hotel is very neat and stylishly decorated. Staff were welcoming. Private parking was available, which is very convenient.

At the time of our check-in, it was difficult to find a free parking space, it was free in the parking lot quite far from the reception. Although it doesn't look like it from the outside, the hotel is quite large and a bit of a labyrinth. Very limited breakfast buffet, no vegetables.

Good location of the hotel for visiting the Stade de Lyon, close to the highway, quiet location. Friendly and helpful ladies at the reception desk, trouble-free and fast check-in and check-out. Baggage carts are available at the exits from the individual blocks of the hotel. For breakfast there was a choice of several types of coffee (very good) or hot chocolate.

The pool and some other facilities were extra. This information was mentioned only after making the reservation. Despite this, it is still good quality for the money spent. In the restaurant there are too many kids trying to help themselves and making a mess - this is not hotel's fault of course.

Very easy to find. The beds were prepared before we had arrived. The arcade games were a nice touch to keep the kids occupied. I certainly recommend this hotel for families with kids, especially as a stopover on your way to/from south of France. Breakfast was more than enough - there were fresh fruits, yoghurt, muesli, pastries, nice bread, jam, juice, etc. It was continuously being filled.

Two hotels are combined and there was an issue with the breakfast, 2 hotels and shared area.. something that never seen before and something that create the misunderstanding

No possibility to buy anything to drink after midnight (why not having a mini market, drinks vending machine or simply a coffee machine?). Poor coffee machine at the breakfast, powder milk.

Orange juice on Monday (not on Sunday). Free parking. Comfy bed. Pizza.
