They put me un a room fitted for a disabled person, which was fine, though the room was dirty, smelly, shower did not work properly, no hairdryer and the breakfast was basic and tasteless.

It’s located in an aire or motorway services as they’re known in the uk. Utilitarian but value accommodation for the evening. Its clean. The staff on reception were friendly and spoke good English when she worked out how poor my French was!

No restaurant at the premises. Although a voucher was issued with a slight discount for a restaurant nearby. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which was quite smaller than most we've stayed at for a nights stopover. This was the most expensive stopover even when discounts were taken into consideration.

Breakfast choices were excellent! We arrived late evening and the receptionist was very helpful. There is also a little area for guests to make themselves a cup of coffee/tea which was a bonus!

The hotel is tired and although the shower tray and shower is relatively new they didn’t renew sealant which is the standard through the hotel. The rear of the property needs a good clean. The food in the adjoining service station is really awful and would not recommend.

It was on the opposite side of the freeway which didn’t show up when booking! So we had to go about12 kms out of our way to get there and the same next morning 👿

Location on autoroute 10 is perfect for us en route from our home in SW France to our friends/family in S England - it's located on a service station with other facilities and you are back on the motorway immediately - we have used this hotel many times for these reasons. Relatively simple but good brakfast

Position; room size; room decor; clean, but very tired; no WiFi, not good enough nowadays. Restaurant next door very basic, like a refectory. Wouldn't stay again. And pretty expensive for the quality provided.

Price for what you got was really poor. Also not enough food options around. The one restaurant option which has a ‘discount’ was closed and the bakery has barely anything left.

The location was perfect for pulling into while heading through France. Breakfast was excellent and in a very cheerful area. The room was very quiet. The company has obviously gone to great expense to cheer up the inside of the hotel.

Looked drabby. Came off motorway but could not get to proper car park as it was gated. Night staff was not really interested in serving us. Was given a disabled room! Wifi was not working, unable to complete my work.

I could overlook some things: breakfast was food; a bedroom, as long the bed is good enough, is a place to sleep; even the damaged bathroom door. However, having a WiFi network not working is a big down. After 10h of driving, I want to rest and chill, watching videos or playing. Not possible at all! I have stayed a few times in this hotel and always issues with WiFi. If doesn't work, or is poor, please stop advertising the hotel has WiFi.

Location is my favourite, as its inside a service area, with fuel station, convenience store and access to highway

Incredibly BAD DIRECTIONS to the Hotel supplied by Booking . com . Advised to exit at Jct 32 - then after a couple of Miles driving through wide open countryside,brought me to the back of the hotel only with no possibility of getting to petrol pumps, restaurants etc without driving back to the motorway and driving 500 Mtrs AFTER JCT 32 and entering the clearly signed rest area POITOU CHARENTES. STUPIDITY IN THE EXTREME !!!
