Very old hotel, pool is very old, evwn my 4 years old doughter suprises why so many old stufd and mess around hotel :-(

The room for 3 people was a bit small considering the price of the hotel; for some unfathomable reason, neither the shower cabinet nor the shower room have a door - they are divide from the bedroom only by a curtain...you always risk flooding the bedroom if you are not careful. Not a clever design altough manageble.

Very nice structure in a very good position on the sea front with direct access to the beach and conveniente for public trasport. Staff was polite and friendly and the facilities were good. everything was clean and well maintained. Nice touch - there was filtered water avalilable everywhere for free and recyclable cups were provided.

People ‘reserving’ sun loungers with their towels in the morning and then only showing up in the late afternoon. Also not enough sun umbrellas (parasols).

Location right on a sandy beach where you can wade for about 100m at chest height in the calm water.

incredible but the room was cold in the night (and end november, it means something). No mini bar Hotel a bit souless. Overall, even low season, it was too pricy for the services

Breakfeast is ok.. A bit light on the salty side. Room are pretty big and nice. Free parking and localisation close to islands

Room is very small, no closet for your luggage, no shelves, shower separated by a curtain in the room. Bed was small for two normal sized people, luckily the A/C was working.

The hotel is offering Ibis standard indoor, but us hard to work with what you have on hand. Good breakfast with a lot of choices, also beach is close.

The beach was amazing. White soft sand, warm water, barely any waves. Perfect of enjoying days at the beach. We enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck by the beach too. The breakfast was a good buffet.

No easy access to bedrooms, especially on the second floor: only stairs and no elevators. Breakfast selection was poor Sunbeda too close to each other with no control on people retaining the place without being present so that others could not enjoy the sunbeds

The room was situated at the back so there was no view and there was building works going on as well. There was also a foot path just in front so I could not leave my curtains open and had to close the door at night too.

The location was superb. Very convenient for the beach and restaurants. We had to take a bus to go into town but it was just near the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and there was plenty of fruit.

We were in 4 in a room, the only negative remark is the wardrobe missing, so shoes, clothes, towels, bags and children’s toys for the beach were always there, it mas quite a mess in a room.

Very good location: right on the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. If you want to go to the center of Hyeres, you need a car (or a bus), but it is not a problem because the hotel has a nice parking

There's no lift and the staff could be more helpful. Our room was hard to find and we had to ask twice where to go until someone came with us. Nobody helped us with our baggage. Male receptionists could at least offer to carry heavy suitcases for women upstairs. In general, the staff could be a little bit more friendly. If you pay around 200€ per night you don't wanna be addressed like a small child by the receptionist that the towels are not for the beach even though you haven't even used them there. The tone was inappropriate. The water pressure in the showers is very low, which is extremely disappointing for a hotel like that.

the floor in the room was not clean. missing few hangers on the walls around bathroom area / to keep wet towels once used the main meal in the dinner buffet that was our only option for meal the evening we've stayed, was not good / not for the price charged if you don't eat fish and mushrooms which were in 'both' offered meals

all receptionists that we've met were really friendly and nice, well spoken English (in our case) and very helpful and accommodating, nice spread of food choice for breakfast

A bit expensive being in April and considering the really basic fit-out and comfort. A few things are more camping than a hotel. The bar was unattended all the time, we could not get a glass of wine at night or a coffee in the morning.

The hotel's fit-out is very basic but rather functional. The location on the beautiful beach is great.

There was a bird's nest at the door of my room. When I went to enter in the room, my son was attacked by the mother birds. I went to the reception and asked if they could help me, but they said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to stay in the room even though I was at risk of being attacked. Because my son was afraid of staying at the hotel, I moved to another hotel. I expect a refund of at least 3 nights previously paid.

The staff was not very nice at all! No one really spoke English too well! Not caring at all!

The beach was nice! Water was clean! They lock the beach gate at 7pm which is early!

The workout room was very hot and some of the equipment needs to be serviced or perhaps replaced.

The room was great, very quiet with a nice little balcony and pretty view. The pool is very nice as well. The beach is right out the front gate and is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.
