How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They advertise a restaurant but it’s always closed every time we go there. Most restaurants around are also closed but we could find a good one in walking distance. I guess it’s a french thing to close the restaurants on the weekends

Despite earlier request we were put on 3rd level with no lift. Had twin beds despite request months ago for double bed. Broken toilet seat and shower screen

The decor is now looking a little tired, having been coming here for several years. Beds are comfy, but pillows are awful (so hard). Couldn't get to sleep due some one else in another room snoring for hours.

Close after 10pm: if you are on a road trip it is challenging to know the exact time of arrival and in this case (strikes) we had to arrive after 10 and had to pick up the key in a box next to the entrance. Process was smooth and OK, but unexpected.

Great location for a stopover on the way to Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful - accomodating for a late check in and provided a family room with more space as it was available.

There were a couple of minor issues that could use improvement. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning, which could be inconvenient, especially for longer stays. Additionally, the air conditioning system, while operational, only went down to a minimum temperature of 21°C. In the hot weather we experienced during our stay, this was a bit too warm, and it would have been better if the AC could be set to a lower temperature.
The location of the hotel is one of its biggest advantages. It’s conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to access, and offers free parking, which was both safe and hassle-free. The surrounding area is a nice locality with a good mix of shops and a mall nearby, so everything you might need is within a short drive or even walking distance. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided.

However, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. While it was decent, it didn't quite live up to the price we paid. The selection was somewhat limited, and the quality could have been better. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms quite clearly. This could be disruptive for light sleepers. Overall, we had a positive experience with the room itself and the convenient parking. If the breakfast could be improved and some soundproofing measures were taken, it would make for an even more enjoyable stay.
The room we stayed in with our family was comfortable and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the ample parking space and the secure, locked car park, which gave us peace of mind. The air conditioning in both the rooms and shower worked flawlessly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was amazing but we did have an issue with one of the rooms we had rented two.They resolved the issue to our satisfaction
