How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff's service and hospitality were excellent from the moment we arrived. As Catalans, we were delighted when the receptionist greeted us in Valencian, making us feel right at home. The French owners were also incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the hotel's thoughtful touches. Even though there's no restaurant, they allowed us to bring our own food and drinks, storing them for us in their fridge. They even provided plates, cutlery, and water as a courtesy. This level of care made us feel very well attended to. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We needed a place to stay close to the airport. The drive was an easy 5 minutes. Facilities were basic, but clean and updated. Staff was helpful.

This is a basic and clean hotel near Montpellier airport. Our family had an early morning flight and stayed here as it is about 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The family and staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. It is a good place to stay.

breakfast was good but a bit limited (no eggs or other cooked items). no kettle in the room.
very friendly place, comfortable bed, nice bathroom & shower, aircon, good (& good value) restaurants nearby. about 20-25 mins walk from the station and about the same distance to the nearest tram stop. we ate at the Lebanese restaurant nearby which was delicious.

There was a disagreeable smell in the hall
Very handy to the airport and the arena. Friendly staff, car parking onsite was handy. Easy enough found, modest hotel with limited facility but good value for money

A bit far from the tram if you don't have a car No ketlle in the room - they expect you to buy coffee from the receiption. Eating in the room was hidden - certainly the first time that happened to me!
Very friendly and helpful reception albeit English a bit of a problem unless Miguel is there.

Everything was good
Location was very convenient to reach the airport and it is also only a short drive to the centre of the town. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. A discount was also available for the nearby restaurant. When my flight was delayed I decided to come back again as I enjoyed the first stay.

Paying a 100 euro deposit, I stay in hundreds of hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit...nothing mentioned on the booking, and I because I'm English, french did not get asked... disgraceful.

Not kept to a good standard shower head leaking and not staying up you need to hold with one hand , very cheap laminated flooring not hygienic , window needs fly screen to enable opening in hot nights like last night and I am not an Air conditioner person.

I genuinely do not have much to complain or dislike towards this Hotel, as it far exceeded my expectations.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although I did not have the breakfast or any food at the Hotel, I did have a couple relaxing evenings out on their outside terrace. The staff are attentive and always willing to help. A big plus for the air conditioning in the room, as it completely made you forget about the hot temperatures outside.
