Amazing design in a picturesque French village. The owners are a young couple who transformed the building into a modern, small hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the local cat and dog that would visit regularly.

Absolutely beautiful property set in the most stunning location in Provence. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome—our hosts were fantastic, incredibly kind and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole stay was a joy from start to finish. Couldn’t find anything I didn’t love.

This property is truly a haven on a hill top, in a small but chic Provence village. The design is amazing, bed super comfortable, more than enough space in the room, squeaky clean, parking spaces close by, delicious breakfast and oh, the fresh mint tea paired with fresh strawberries…was the cherry on top. Big thanks to Damien amd his wife for hosting us and fir creating such a beautiful place!

I don’t know where to begin! This stay was absolutely wonderful, the best night we spent in our road trip in Europe. The place is stunning, the room was fantastic , Damien and his wife and fantastic, the breakfast is glorious. We had dinner there as well, on our anniversary evening, as we were quite late and a storm had come, I cannot begin to describe how much we enjoyed the food, the wine, the olive oil and the experience. We will be going back. We have recommended it to all our friends and family.

Awesome location! Nice house! Everything looks really good / new. Stylish interior! Beautiful pool area to relax, sunbath or cool down a little. Location of hotel is also really good. It is located in a really nice and cosy little French village! Easily as beautiful as all the touri hotspots! Last but not least, owners are super friendly and helpful!! We loved it and will come back!

L’Iris de Suse has the best design - both inside and outside - we could find for our stay in the area, and the photos don’t lie. The place has been decorated with taste, the pool area is very charming and the bed offers incredible comfort. We enjoyed the peacefulness in the day and genuine silence at night.

I wouldn’t call this a criticism, but the village is a bit remote and driving to the property takes a bit of care: best do it for the first time during the day.

The owners were delightful: helpful, hospitable and hard working. All of these qualities make for a great guest experience. Decor is in excellent, clean-lined taste. Bravo to a couple whose vision is so elegant and well thought out. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms lovely with plentiful linens. Breakfast is very fresh and plentiful.

Everything was perfect.

This chambre d'hote was fantastic for many reasons. The location is superb in the centre of the stunningly beautiful village of Le Barroux. The rooms have lovely views westward across rugged and very green landscape. Our hosts were really friendly and fun to chat to over breakfast. The room was very modern, comfortable and pleasant. The young couple who run this chambres d'hote have renovated an old stone house from ruins with great taste and created a special place. They have constructed a garden area opposite with gorgeous views. Breakfast was excellent with homemade apricot juice from local fruit, yogurts and jam to go with a basket of tasty bread and coissants from the local bakery. The couple are currently adding an outdoor pool which will be lovely in early 2024. In brief, lovely house, people and food.
