Everything was just superb

It was peaceful, tranquil, opposite vineyards, and the room was cool comfortable and had everything you need. The staff are all brilliant however the stand out was Maria who was outstanding. Two pools so when kids in outdoors went in the pool, we went inside

Hotel in the middle of a large renovation. Parking difficult until after workmen finish. Rooms facing onto courtyard looking at building site. Hotel needs to better communicate to potential clients about this. We were offered an alternative room which was appreciated and we still stayed. However if we had been advised of the ongoing work in advance it would be less of a shock on arrival. Once you are at the poolside it is not so intrusive.

Perhaps in high season would it be a bit crowded around the swimming pool , especially with the extension of the number of the rooms.

The place and surroundings are great, to see the storks flying over the wine yards and the collie of the trois châteaux is stunning. The hotel is well composed and the breakfast awesome!

Very quiet atmosphere, excellent for relaxing at the spacious pool. lush green surroundings with a lot of attention to detail. We spent only two nights at the hotel and did not have enough time to enjoy all the amenities.that are available. Rich breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was always attentive and accommodating. The center of Eguisheim is only 5 min walk with plenty of choice for lunch and dinner.

The rooms were a bit small but clean.

The hotel is very close to the center. We came at the end of May and it was quite quiet during the week. We stayed for two days and were very pleased. The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are great. The SPA and pool area are also clean and enjoyable.

The suites look directly onto a plot of vines on the edge of town. Very peaceful to sit a listen to the wind rustling the vines and the bird song.

The breakfast hours - a time window from 8 to 10 am - are maybe not so extended, but the use of the area is flexible and the hosts still allow you to sit at the tables for as long as you wish in the morning to enjoy the amazing view from the large windows.

The hotel is located in a very nice area at the limit of Eguisheim, while still being at walking distance from the town centre. Even though they are renovating, there was no sign of noise in the spa, which is situated right next to the area under renovation - quite impressive! Very friendly staff, and very rich and diverse breakfast.

The spa area is rather small. It wouldn't be a problem if the jacuzzi was warmer. The sauna seemed home-made out of a big wine barrel with a glass opening to the vineyard - stylish concept but absolutely non-functional. No insulation of the barrel, just plain wood, so when you sit further from the heater, it's actually cold.

Nice modern room, very good breakfast, helpful staff, good location among the vineyards.

There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Pool, sauna, on-site parking, proximity to different points of interest. Our overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful and accomodative. Zhenia at the bar area provided great support :)

Beautiful edge of village location. Indoor and outdoor pool. Appreciated a family suite with 2 bedrooms - large double in one room and 2 twins in the other. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast was the best of our trip!

Swimming pool is small. breakfast was only till 10 am, very expensive (20 euros) for what it is - limited choice.

Great location in the middle of the vineyards and two minutes away from the center of Eguisheim. It was perfect! Loved the style of the hotel. The wellness area was great. Wanna come back for a wellness trip.
