Pool and breakfast

View could have been better

Everything was perfect, from the facility to the excellent staff and the very high level of service.

Very nice hotel great staff and facilities

It was peaceful, tranquil, opposite vineyards, and the room was cool comfortable and had everything you need. The staff are all brilliant however the stand out was Maria who was outstanding. Two pools so when kids in outdoors went in the pool, we went inside

Hotel in the middle of a large renovation. Parking difficult until after workmen finish. Rooms facing onto courtyard looking at building site. Hotel needs to better communicate to potential clients about this. We were offered an alternative room which was appreciated and we still stayed. However if we had been advised of the ongoing work in advance it would be less of a shock on arrival. Once you are at the poolside it is not so intrusive.

The place and surroundings are great, to see the storks flying over the wine yards and the collie of the trois châteaux is stunning. The hotel is well composed and the breakfast awesome!

Perhaps in high season would it be a bit crowded around the swimming pool , especially with the extension of the number of the rooms.

Very quiet atmosphere, excellent for relaxing at the spacious pool. lush green surroundings with a lot of attention to detail. We spent only two nights at the hotel and did not have enough time to enjoy all the amenities.that are available. Rich breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was always attentive and accommodating. The center of Eguisheim is only 5 min walk with plenty of choice for lunch and dinner.

Good location including garage, nice staff

The hotel is very close to the center. We came at the end of May and it was quite quiet during the week. We stayed for two days and were very pleased. The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are great. The SPA and pool area are also clean and enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit small but clean.

The suites look directly onto a plot of vines on the edge of town. Very peaceful to sit a listen to the wind rustling the vines and the bird song.

Very good breakfast , exellent location

Not enough storage for clothes - especially hanging space and had to ask for extra coat hangers. Fact that we arrived in a building site as renovation taking place was not great. We had been told 48 hours before that there were renovations going on. We did pay whole cost last November - no offer of any compensation for disrupted hotel. Small gesture would have been appreciated - the staff were helpful in making the stay as good as possible. After day 2 the building work was less pronounced.

Very disappointed that after booking and paying in full 4 months ahead, we were advised of major building works 2 days ahead of our stay. Bedrooms and bathroom design poor, very little hanging or storage space, no shelves Im bathroom

Lovely hotel located in the vineyards and within walking distance of the village of Eguisheim. Many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would love to stay again.

The in door pool and the location

The close proximity of the balcony to the pool area and where guests were on sun loungers right next to the balcony . Warning Google maps takes you over narrow farm dirt roads to the hotel. Much better to drive to the town and the proper road to the hotel The view from the room was disappointing. We expected views of fields of vines rather than the backs of other buildings. Only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe although reception managed to find some spares

The hotel is located in a very nice area at the limit of Eguisheim, while still being at walking distance from the town centre. Even though they are renovating, there was no sign of noise in the spa, which is situated right next to the area under renovation - quite impressive! Very friendly staff, and very rich and diverse breakfast.

The breakfast hours - a time window from 8 to 10 am - are maybe not so extended, but the use of the area is flexible and the hosts still allow you to sit at the tables for as long as you wish in the morning to enjoy the amazing view from the large windows.
