You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room, whilst within the main house, had its own entrance and terrace enjoying views of the well maintained garden. Wonderful hospitality extended by our hosts, included breakfast being delivered in a basket at the requested time, with flasks of tea and coffee, warm bread fresh from the village baker and a stack of pancakes. We sat at the table prepared with a table cloth on the terrace and devoured it all!

CanadaIt was a bit further out from our destination, Lannion, than we expected but that was insignificant.
We were very warmly received and are glad we ordered breakfast. It was very good. It is a separate space within a large house on a beautiful property. It is a short walk to the restaurants in the village.

SwitzerlandPloubezre is quite small, so there are little to no amenities nearby and during our stay the main road to access the bed and breakfast was closed.
The room has its own entrance, separate from the rest of the house and it is quite beautifully furnished. The shower was particularly nice (with a rainfall setting) and the bed was huge and very soft. Breakfast was delivered to our door upon the agreed hour and was outstandingly delicious. Plus: bonus points for being visited by the owner's cat in the morning.

United KingdomThe small room and limited facilities.
Yvonne is a wonderful and engaging “host”. The guest room was at the rear of the property and very much on the small and cramped side. Toilet (with door that needed attention) and Shower room very difficult to deal with. Breakfast was interesting (brought in a lovely basket - a la Picnic style) but the room to enjoy it very limited. In fairness there was a lovely outdoors seating area for that but the weather did not permit. Would NOT stay there again or recommend it to others !
