Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaBe mindful the rooms are a little squeeze, one side of our bed in room 511 was on the wall and window, only way out was the end of the bed.
Was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Staff Maree very helpful. Bed was comfortable pillows ok. Pool was a little busy and not very big. The sunsets from the Terrace where worth the drinks. All in all can't complain.

Hong KongNo loungers at pool and poolside area a bit small Room configuration was not well thought out - bed should habe been oriented the other way so access to both sides of the bed was easier and the tv would be in front of the bed rather than awkwardly to the right side of the foot of the bed. The view out of th window wouod not be affecfed.

SwedenSome staff were genuinely disinterested in helping out with anything. And I’m not the guy to expect the whole world to speak English, but at a hotel reception in a larger European city I would expect at least basic knowledge. It was also unfortunate that the hotel wasn’t prepared for the heatwave that occurred while we were there. The restaurant area couldn’t be cooled enough, and the rooftop with the pool, a big reason why we chose the hotel, was shutdown for our whole stay from problems with the heat.
Hotel with a modern vibe and nicely decorated. Walking distance to central parts of town or alternatively trams just outside.

United KingdomDeposit of £100 Euros on arrival which will take Sever days to be reembolse. Rooms are very small, and there was smelling of dampness in room as sink is outside the toilet in the bedroom and shower and toilet in a very small place with a sliding door you can hear everything also they tell you that you room won’t be cleaned unless you ask for it. Breakfast didn’t offer cooked eggs only cold boiled eggs the redstart of breakfast was decent.

NetherlandsBreakfast wasn’t that great and they should add some screens to cover the area around the pool to have more shade / protection to the sun.
Great vibe duw to a great mix of guests, cool interior, the rooftop dj session on Friday and Saturday. Pool was great because I stayed during a heatwave. There are still construction works going on in the area but it’s super easy to walk to the city center and the Sant Roch station. Never had a room which could be so dark, amazing curtains :-)

The amenities were just as described, the room looked exactly like in the photos and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is exceptional and worth the price and the rooftop pool is great for relaxing. I would deff recommend it.
