Room back of house had ramp going in as if for disabled people to use getting out of one side of bed caught foot on it when going to toilet .No welcome pack or coffee machine as stated ,toiletries quite disappointing compared to other accommodation we used around Europe ,also arrived before time boiling hot day couldn’t get into accommodation early or leave bags as other place’s allowed us .

The hygiene in the room could be better. For 8 days of stay, towels and bed linen were not changed. Location is 2.5 - 3 kilometers from the city center.

Area of residence was really nice and lovely to walk to main transport links -- front garden was really enjoyable at end of the day !! -- lady in charge really helped out organising taxi etc !!

Smell from the PU leather of the headboard was overwhelming and lasted all 5 days

The room was as pictured. Small but convenient. The neighbourhood was really nice and quiet and the parking was great, Walking distance from the city center.

Probably we got the last room for the disabled persons. The shower drain did not work, so after 1 minute showering I stood in water. The The WiFi constantly broke up.

The staff was amazing. The room was cosy and they provided a coffee machine and a few extras which was a lovely surprise upon arrival. A great place to stay if you go to Cannes.

Great location and specious. Good air conditioning, and communication. They went above and beyond in service, even when I forgot a personal belonging at the location, they were kind enough to send it back! Great service

I arrived at 10 pm and the doors were locked and we couldn’t get in. And they refused to give us a refund! Lousy hotel, lousy policy. Will never stay there again.

At the moment of the arrival the host was not at the apartment, so the check in was delayed to the day after. Actually the host was not present even the day after and we NEVER did the check in and registration with ID Card. We needed to pay the bill tax registration even if we never did it 😂. Two hrs before arrival (and not days before), host sent me a message on WhatsApp saying that our room was not available! - BECAUSE THEY HAVE A DAY BY DAY ORGANIZATION AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT ROOM WILL BE FREE AT OUR ARRIVAL (that's crazy), and basically she proposed another smaller room. If I wanted to go in the one booked - the larger one - I should have paid +30€ per night so a total of an extra 60€. Otherwise I should have accepted the smallest one with no extra charge. The kitchen was not present, the room was not the one paid and booked, the toilet was different from the photos, the host never was at the reception and also if you forgot the code access to enter, you will be outside for the whole night since nobody will answer and help you. Is all this worth at 220+ euro for two nights?? NO. Attention!

Short arrival window of 4-6pm. We arrived at 5pm and could not reach anyone at the reception via phone or email to check us in. We had to wait for 1 hour in extreme heat outside of the hotel until we received a call back from reception to share the PIN code required to enter. Room was also disappointing: strong smell, humid, mold in bathroom, ants on floor.

The room had a very bad smell, from the moment we entered we could notice the strong smell. First night was horrible to sleep! We called the owner second day first next morning and she sent someone to check, but the smell was always there. So after calling her again she insists that there is no bad smell until she came and checked herself then moved us to another room! otherwise we could be stuck there for 3 more nights!

The location is really good and the area really quiet. It is like 30 minutes walk from the city center but with a car it is so easy to reach there.

The room was nothing like the description. It was too small, we barley had space to put one suitcase. The toilet door is not functional so whenever someone need to use toilet, the other person needed to exit the room. And when we complained they just told us how much you paid is what you got. The money is not the problem, the problem is that the description is nothing like that room is. Nothing good to say except it is clean. Thakfull we stayed there for only 2 days, otherwise it is unbearable.
