Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing – the selection was very limited (no yogurt or eggs), and when we arrived, most of the bread was already gone. There was also no staff available to replenish anything.

We specifically asked for twin beds but arrived and had two double bed rooms. We noticed the bed base was two singles with a double mattress zipped together, which we unzipped. We went to reception and asked for single duvets, which were delivered to the room by the time we got back later in the evening.

The room was clean and adequate, if a little basic - fine for one night in transit to our end destination. It was a fairly short walk (10 mins) into the main centre of Belfort. The car park around the back was useful.

Location was convenient, near main road and the Belfort city was also nice for a short walk. Room was quite spacious, quiet, the bathroom was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was okey, but could be more various.

What a pity! Just with a little repair or renovation, this could be a good hotel. Oh, yes and cleaning! The room was not really clean, to put it mildly. The bathroom door did not close. The washbasin sink did not function properly. There were some problems with the toilet flush, but got solved. The windows did not close properly, so there was a constant draught, which basically makes the need for heating higher, so not really an economical solution.

It has a good location, near the shops and 15 min. walk from the city centre. The staff are still at the hight of the situation, though the hotel is far from it. Warm welcome and friendliness, great job receptionists! There is a free and enough parking space. And the bed was really comfortable, so a good point for a good sleep. It used to be a very nice place some 7-8 years ago. We loved it, and are still returning for the good old times sake.

Unfortunately our arrival time coincided with 2 coach loads of tourists- 70 plus in total Also our room hadn’t been changed over after the previous occupants and due to the above we had to wait - the staff were excellent and dealt with this but due to there only being one staff on duty it caused a delay which wasn’t welcome after a 7 hour drive
