Regarding breakfast, it's true that we experienced an exceptional technical issue with our coffee machine that day. However, our team reacted quickly by providing a kettle, coffee sticks, and powdered hot chocolate to meet our guests' needs as best as possible. The orange juice machine was indeed operational and located in the alcove opposite the coffee machine. Likewise, the tea selection (with around ten different varieties) is available just above the cups. As for the room size, we understand they may feel compact. We are continuously working to make them as functional and comfortable as possible. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again and providing you with an even better experience. We’re sorry to learn that certain elements of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the size of the room and bathroom, they are indeed compact, but we do our best to optimize the space and make them as functional as possible. As for the facilities, we would like to clarify that we have a partnership with the Golden Tulip hotel, located less than 5 meters away. Thanks to this partnership, our guests enjoy free access to the swimming pool, sauna, and hammam from 9:45 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There are no additional charges for this service, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated. Regarding drinks, in addition to the on-site vending machine (which only accepts coins), you are also welcome to enjoy beverages at the Golden Tulip bar, located just a few steps away. In the bathroom, hooks are available on the inside of the door. However, we will check their condition as well as the shower door’s functionality to ensure optimal comfort for our future guests.
