Reason for Stay - travelling to Spain for a family holiday and Macon is our first stop in France. Room - Ideal for the number of persons. Breakfast - very enjoyable continental breakfast.

Shame that we couldn't purchase an alcoholic drink from reception.

I had booked and prepaid. when I arrived the Chinese couple in charge havee me a small room that smelled like a chain-smoker had lived there for years. When I told them I was allergic to cigarette smoke they said I should open the small window! Only when I said I was leaving and would reclaim my money, they came up with another room this one on top under the roof of the hotel, this one was very hot as it was 37c outside. As I was very tired I accepted it but didn't sleep very well thanks to heat, poor ventilation and absence of a fan. while the price is reasonable , its not worth the money due to bad treatment and lack of sleep. Will never stay at a Kiriat hotel again.

Terrible smell in the rooms, hairs on the sheets. Rooms had been smoked in. Dated, tired, dirty plugs and lights. Fixtures and fittings needed replacing.

The location was 6km from the exit 29.

I only need a basic room when I'm travelling, the room I stayed in was a "tired basic room" ...in need of freshening up...the bed needs renewing, the shower unit has rust near door. I paid €55 ..Definitely not worth the money.

Nothing was pleasant at the hotel.

Dirty, old dated furniture.dirty floor. No light in the bathroom.dusty room. I had to leave the hotel for another one not far from my location.the room was for €66.80 not acceptable at all i paid €75.00 for Ibis budget but i had fantastic experience.

This was a stopover in our trip to Provence. It was close to the motorway and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They had neither a fan nor AC which was necessary in summer. There was no electric socket near the bed to charge and use the mobile. Rooms too small except for a family. I was travelling with a friend and we got another room.

Room are very dirty

Depressing situation. Unsatisfactory reception. Daughter’s family room was booked well in advance and she had confirmation of booking from Booking.com. Reception claimed no knowledge. Initially said no alternative room available, then managed to find one nearly 40 euros dearer. Got no sympathy from speaking to Receptionist’s manager and forced to accept situation. Booking.com looking into it. All this after long drive. Standard of room was poor (eg electrical light socket with broken cover plate and wiring exposed). Don’ know who or what “ Kyriad Direct” are (have usually had good experience with. Kyriads before), but stay away from them is my advice.

it was small something in the room and don’t know what but in my opinion it better to put wood floor and no carpet .
