There was an aircon unit in the room but didn’t work. The taps on the bath were loose. The usb next to the bed was broken and the socket near the tv worked but was lose on the wall

The bathroom was in need of an upgrade, bits broken and water temperature difficult to adjust. Stairs and corridors need attention.

They could do with fixing the potholes in the carpark which are quite large and needs to be driven around rather than through.

Cheap place to stay and the facilities reflect the price. The property itself is dated but relatively clean.

Good bits. Room was a good size compared with similar priced hotels in the area. Good sized bathroom and it had a bath rather than just a shower. Not so good bits. Bed was a bit soft. The room was generally clean, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bath also had a lot of chips in the enamel. There was a large sticking out bit in the shower and I kept hitting it while trying to wash my hair. Breakfast was over priced. Poor selection, and no attempt to replace what was taken, so there was an empty plate, which probably had held ham and another with one bit of broken cheese on it. No staff appeared at any time, we were there from an hour before end of service. There was a rack to put your empty plate on but it was full.

The room was quite small and maybe a few trees could be planted outside the window to fix the view. The breakfast was very simple, I wish they had bigger cups for tea and coffee. I would love the cups in the room to be bio-plastic or something sturdier than paper.

Excellent location and free parking for even bigger vehicles. Good value for money and very helpful and friendly staff. The front garden of the hotel was beautiful.

The room was very basic, there wasn't a mini fridge or a kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea. The doors reminded of industrial type of doors and we had an adjoining door to the next room. It was giving a very cheap and anonymous feeling to the entire room. The bathroom was very dated, the bathtub had black chips (broken) and the toilet was too close to the sink. The breakfast was rather poor for the price we paid (€10 each). It is a very basic hotel, don't expect comforts or anything to make it memorable, is just ideal if you want to stop overnight, although a little pricey for what it is.

The staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming. Something we really appreciated. In the room you could plug your phone to the bedside light, just by using the usb cable. As we had only one adaptor, that made it very handy. For us, the hotel was well situated near the motorway, because we wanted to stop overnight while on our way to catch the boat in Calais.
