How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Was in a single occupancy twin room with two beds together as one . But mattresses kept moving apart so was a gap I kept slipping down in the night . Breakfast could be a little more choice cereals wise and more fresh fruit .
Clean . Simple . Good location. Decent breakfast . Good powerful shower

Breakfast buffet can be a bit hit or miss. It has been good enough in the past, but this time we had the misfortune to follow a couple of coach groups at 0800hrs. There wasn't much food left at all.
Great location for an overnight stopover. Quiet, comfortable, quick and efficient check-in and departure. I have used this one several times as a convenient mid-point when driving from UK to South of France.

Since it's an Ibis hotel no facilities to make teas or coffee in the room as previous There is teas and coffee available in the foyer 24 / 7
Have stayed in this hotel before when it was a Kyriad hotel. We use it as it ideal when travelling dither south in France Near the motorway with easy access - it's an overnight lay up before going further on in France

We had absolutely no complaints.
Easy access from the motorway. Secure parking and breakfast included. Simple and functional. Very friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast. Comfortable beds, quiet location. Perfect for a stop over on the way back from the South. Got some discount vouchers for Restaurants close by as the hotel itself only serves breakfast.

Advise to put extra hand / armrest at the wall in the bathroom. Stepping out of the bathtub is little high to put your feet on the floor that is 5 cm lower then. Breakfast room is little small.

I reserved 2 rooms, a 'comfort' double and a simple twin one. In reality I did not understand what is the difference between the comfort and the simple room. It was not easy to set the temperature properly. I would have preferred adjacent, connected rooms (I know that this option exists in this hotel) but this request was not satisfied.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Not a huge assortment but everything was of very good quality and prepared carefully. Easy parking around the area.

The lack of a hospitality tray I know most french hotels don't have them but sometimes I just want to put the kettle on when I get to my room.
Friendly staff, our French is terrible but no problem as the staff spoke English very well. Location is good for our halfway stop from the South to Calais. Several eateries close by

The location is very convenient for what we needed (just a transit stop from the South of France to the UK), very close to the highway, opposite to a huge shopping center, a good Italian restaurant 1 min walk from the hotel, you get also a discount of 20% since you stay there, the rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was also good. I definitely recommend it .

Very clean and spacious room. Quiet and comfortable. Parking is free, gated, and secure which was perfect for an overnight. Staff was friendly. Will stay again!

Aircon still blowing cold air even when set to heating. Very limited control from the room. A bit more from reception. But far from enough. No kettle in the room. Only spot lighting.
Good parking. There were gated slots as well. All facility were working. The window is possible to open. Shower and toilet are separate.
