How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fridge in the room was broken, security safe was missing, staff said they did not have any spare to provide. Only 2 toilet rolls for the 4 of us. Reception said they had a shortage.
Wonderful modern hotel. The swimming pool and spa made it perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and most of all very flexible and patient with our children. It's a hotel mostly oriented to business travelers given its location very close to the Eurexpo, the airport, and an industrial area... However, we had plenty of leisure time with our 3 young children: the pingpong table, the two table footballs, the pool with Jacuzzi... Also thanks to Remy for the lots of very helpful advice on Lyon! The restaurant was also great. We had a buffet option for little more than 30 euros for one adult, with a lot of delicious dishes and special threats. We had dinner here almost every day. Beds were also extremely comfy, which is quite rare for a hotel.

The pool is quite a rabbit warren to try to find and makes it almost unattractive to want to go there which is a shame
Location for a rugby game was perfect. The bed was really comfortable and large and room bigger than most in Europe. Really liked the property

That would be great to allow kids to visit SPA under parent’s control.. at least for Sauna and tropical shower if not for Sauna..
Clean and big room. Gentle staff and perfect breakfast. Nice swimming pool and SPA.

To get to the pool/spa/gym you had to pass through the conference area. The A La Carte dishes we tasted were not very good - buffet option much better.
Good selection of food for breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner buffet was also good. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Conference area was very good.

Pillow a little hard.

The location on an business park , makes it very quiet but a bit isolated from other restaurants etc
We only stayed one night , as a stop off on our drive from U.K. to Malta . Chosen because of its location just off the motorway and it being dog friendly . The room was comfortable and clean . We ate at the restaurant, that offered a buffet style meal . The food was good and they allowed our small dog to sit under the table , which was helpful . The parking was plentiful . Didn’t have time to use the other facilities, as this was just a stopover in our journey.

One of our rooms had a smell coming from the sink. Very strong. Plug back in stopped it and I reported to Reception who said they would sort. Other room was fine.
The rooms were comfortable and beds were great. Room to relax in chairs provided. Free use of gym was much appreciated after 2 days on the road. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Outdated facilities TV remote didn't work, didn't have option of chromecast Jacuzzi looked very poor Shower head a bit dirty Stain on the lamp Shower in pool area smelled horrible Overall, for a 4 star hotel, I expected a bit more They also blocked an amount on my credit card which they say is normal but I never had it happen in any other similar hotel.
