How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Reception staff did not say bon jour in the morning. Shower didn’t drain well
Enroute to Spain, located just off motorway. Basic and clean for a one night stay. Secure underground parking, dinner was excellent, sensibly priced and surprisingly good. Perfect stay after a long drive . Room was as described

Not so easy to get into town by public transport
Good for the airport. Nice pool. Nice large reception area and friendly staff. We had a family room which was really big.

Nice staff, they do whatever is in their power to make the stay comfortable. Hotel is good, we had connecting rooms. It is quite clean, we could judge as we had a baby crawling, could be a bit better.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Montpellier. Small but nice pool, very good restaurant and a comfortable room. Not the biggest but definately good enough for 2 people. A/C kept the room nice and cool too. Free underground parking. Bus to the city centre just a 5 minute walk away.

It was a shame the restaurant was closed, breakfast was good but the warm food needs to be on demand Our eggs had been cooked earlier and kept warm Better to use small portions so they are fresh

Poor breakfast- scrambled eggs were finished and no one toped it up, no vegetables too. Pillows were very small. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location if travelling by car, near the main roads.

While the hotel is located in a rather industrial area, it's extremely convenient for travelers who need quick and easy access to the motorway. The location makes it ideal for a stopover or for those continuing a journey by car
The location is excellent for easy access to the motorway. The staff were very friendly, and the reception being open later in the evening was a great convenience. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable

Nothing. It was as expected.
Super helpful receptionist checked us in after a long drive. Secure parking for the car which remained loaded with skis etc. A 1 night layover on the way up to the Alps. Nice bar area for a night cap before bed, short walk to a grill restaurant for a leg stretch and a good meal after a long drive. Right off the main motorway passing Montpellier, so a perfect layover spot.

Breakfast a little spare regarding what was available.
Wonderful staff very attentive and helpful, excellent English speaking, large bedroom with very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, bath and shower, separate w/c good quality towels.

Great place for a stopover on a road trip. The hotel is close to the highway. It was very clean and quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Room maintenance was a bit lacking, such as some the room ceiling tiles being partially broken and some consumables (such as tp) not being replenished
Very easy to reach from the highway, very friendly staff, large and comfortable beds and spacious shower. AC worked great too. Room was made daily and with care. The hotel also provided free parking!

There was a strange damp smell in the room.
The hotel is very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
