No AC in twin rooms (in annex) but fans given. No taxis in area. Local bus runs on one route 3 times daily. Last bus at 5pm. No dining options between breakfast and evening meal which must be booked in advance (1 option only). Very isolated location. Rental car strongly recommended.

Very clean hotel. Beautiful rural, peaceful location. Staff very friendly, kind and helpful especially Anais, Justina, Remy and Sonia. Lovely pool on site. Nice continental breakfast. Good base for exploring local villages by car. Relaxing atmosphere. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Nice grounds and gardens. Good value for money. Would return again but with a hire car!

No lunch available in the middle of the day but lots of options nearby anyway so it's not really a problem.

Our rooms were very comfortable, really clean, and overlooking the garden. Breakfast was great, continental style, with plenty of options. The pool was a real plus, small but plenty of space to sunbathe. The local town of Salle de la source is mins away by car and well worth a walk around. It's only a bare 3km walk from the hotel also.

It would have been good to have information in the room and facilities for making tea and coffee . Better signage on the road as I passed it by the first time!

no coffee or tea making in the room, (we went out and bought our own kettle and coffee. the room had no comfortable chairs the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor I believe we were charged more than the booking.com quoted price. We were not offered a choice for evening meals so travel out t o local resturents

Very basic facilities and not what I expected from the website. Rooms utilitarian a bit like what you might get from a budget chain, Could do with some ambience and a proper residence bar. For the price we paid breakfast should have been included in the price.

Terrible smelly wallpaper! the smell was so strong that it couldn't be eliminated neither with AC nor with open window. There is the reason for low rating. Toilet/shower old and inconvenient. No toiletries except shampoo.

Location is very good. I arrived after 23.00 and there was no problem to enter the parking. The breakfast was not perfect but ok. Bed was rather good. There were some outside facilities I didn't use.

The downstairs of the property looks to be newly renovated however the bedroom was very outdated, cheap interior and peeling wallpaper. When we arrived the bed hadn’t been made - the staff were apologetic about this. There was a smell in the room which smelt quite stale. The price of the stay did not represent the room - I would expect a room like this to cost about 50 euros due to the decor and the overall state of the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the family room offered a private room for our son. The room was clean and ok for one night. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

Nothing to be honest.

Our overnight stay was really excellent. The surroundings were beautiful, the staff were extremely polite and very helpful if needed. Breakfast was very good with wide choice of food. The set lunch for 20 euros was excellent value with an enormous choice of hot and cold foods, desserts and wine buffet style to help yourself as often or as little as you desired. I would definitely recommend this hotel for comfort, location and friendliness. Well done to all the staff who made our stay very memorable.😊
