The wifi was very weak and sometimes not working. A hotel at that price should have a strong WiFi anywhere in the hotel. A mini fridge would be a great addition to the room too.

The hotel decor felt a little tired in some places and there was no vegan milk at breakfast.

Location in Sete is very nice on one of the canals. Big beds and nice breakfast. We had a cheaper room without a nice view but spending a bit more to be able to see over the canal might be worth it.

Water provided for first night only. Poor room allocated (dark and dull) but able to change to much brighter (but smaller) room. Always ask for canal facing!!!

NO WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM CAR PARK FULL ONE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE, TURNED HER BACK AND WALKED OFF WHEN I SAID I HAD CONNECTED TO WIFI IN THE LOBBY AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT IN MY ROOM; SHE SAID MY PHONE WAS AT FAULT , NOT SECURED! THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE!

The only two things that were a negative was there were ants in our room and the air conditioning was HORRIBLE. We were so hot all night. It made for a right time of sleeping.

The location was great; walking distance to city center where all the shopping and restaurants were. Right on the canal which was so petty. The staff was FABULOUS!!! They were so friendly and accommodating especially since we didn’t speak the language. The sweet man that worked the reception in the evenings was ADORABLE. WE LOVED HIM. I’m so sad I didn’t get his name. The room was comfortable. I liked that the toilet was in a separate room than the shower and sink. That way, 2 people could be doing things at the same time! There were 3 of us and it was GREAT having a twin bed for my daughter while we had a king. Her twin bed was in a side room. There was no door separating the rooms but she had her own space. It was very helpful. Having an elevator was AWESOME but there are at least 3 different sets of steps to get TO the elevator. They served a continental breakfast each morning. It was an extra charge but nice enough.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Although their garage was full the public car park was only 300 meters away. The staff were helpful and courteous. Pleasant courtyard for breakfast.

Not that it's not to like but the admin is all done by pencil eraser and paper. Way behind in technology. I suspect they slip up occasionally: did not have my usual email address for ex.

- a little something we missed was a bottle of water in the rooms and tissues - toilet and bathroom are separate and the toilet is very small

- very stylish place: we loved the interior, art and design of the hotel - cosy backyard for having breakfast - great location - high quality breakfast items but not a very big selection - parking was available but already fully booked so we parked in a public underground parking nearby

Nothing negative

The tranquility and the location, the uncomplicated and personal elegance, and the expressive feeling of interesting and experienced personalities. My first time to Sète and I got the rest and peace that I was looking for. Although ‘out of season’ there was plenty going on and I ate very well at nearby restaurants and Les Halles. I really only experienced a very small part and this has encouraged me to start planning my return visit.
