Parking was bit of a challenge, you just need to park the car at the nearby Parking lot and walk around. Room was a bit crammed.

The noise of the music, the partying hard and late not looking to the hosting families in the hotel. The absence of the room service. The parking was full when we arrived and we needed to park elsewhere - it was disturbing. The breakfast can be better (the plates were chronically dirty, there were no avocado and the coffee was bad). There is no help with the luggage as well.

The location was amazing-just in the heart of the Chamonix. The hotel has its own history and spirit.

Our room - had nice view of mountain but was cramped and uncomfortable. Was a budget room but felt like a hostel . Very basic and not appealing. If we stayed again it would only be in a better standard of room.

The hotel itself was very good. Restaurant and pool all good - entertainment at eve meal very good indeed. Lovely Mountain View’s and easy access by foot into town

The ‘petit’ restaurant for dinner was awful. Each meal was bland & felt ‘mass produced’. At breakfast the variety was good but everything was lukewarm.

Great location in central Chamonix (we stayed there years ago when it was a Club Med). The bars & hang out areas have been done really funky & fun. Our room was tiny but comfy & well equipped & clean. It is a great hotel. Staff were friendly & jovial.

Our bunk bed was a bit small for an adult.

The location is beautiful, you have access to private hotel pool. The entertainment at the bar was great and the cocktails were delicious.

Shower didn’t drain well to a point of almost overflowing. We had 4 staying in the room and only had 2 coffee cups.

Location was at the end of busy Chamonix close to the train, supermarket, and eateries.

The central location could not be better, there is entertainment every night with bbq, staff were very helpful and the free transport pass very good. The breakfasts could not be faulted so much choice.

Directions to the reception could be better signposted for people that arrive at the hotel on foot.

The grandeur of the building, the lobby, lounge and bar are spacious and comfortable. Very good facilities on site if you choose to stay in the hotel for the day. Stunning views of the mountains from the terrace and from the bedrooms. Very helpful staff always available to help. I hope to stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were very dark! Even with the windows open and lights on, hard to see yourself in the mirror! Hotel food menu very limited, with no real offerings for dietary requirements (non-gluten).

Great location, 2 minute walk to the town centre. Beautiful pool with stunning outlook to the mountains.

The "heated" pool really could get heated a few more degrees. The 200 euro security deposit, although promptly returned after our stay, was also not the best surprise on a vacation.
