Beautiful building with amazing views.

Rooms are quite small and can be dark.

We left some adaptors in the room when we checked out and unfortunately the housekeeping staff denied having seen them.

Beautiful building with lovely communal and pool areas

We got upgraded which was a lovely gesture. The hotel was so cool, the kids loved the swimming pool and were allowed to use the sauna with us. My husband enjoyed the Hoka run with Ernest, and was very pleased with his free T-shirt! The location is perfect for exploring the town centre and for hitting the trails behind it.

Parking was bit of a challenge, you just need to park the car at the nearby Parking lot and walk around. Room was a bit crammed.

Location, cosy room - and an upgrade made a huge difference to us which we enjoyed very much.

The location was amazing-just in the heart of the Chamonix. The hotel has its own history and spirit.

The noise of the music, the partying hard and late not looking to the hosting families in the hotel. The absence of the room service. The parking was full when we arrived and we needed to park elsewhere - it was disturbing. The breakfast can be better (the plates were chronically dirty, there were no avocado and the coffee was bad). There is no help with the luggage as well.

Proximity to the city

The room was too small and dark. Swimming pool had too cold water. There was no Mini Bar in the room. There was no sink in the toilet.

I could hear fellow guests in their rooms talking arguing laughing etc. very off putting

The hotel itself was very good. Restaurant and pool all good - entertainment at eve meal very good indeed. Lovely Mountain View’s and easy access by foot into town

Our room - had nice view of mountain but was cramped and uncomfortable. Was a budget room but felt like a hostel . Very basic and not appealing. If we stayed again it would only be in a better standard of room.

Very cool hotel, boutique-y vibe, only 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, wonderful breakfasts, comfortable room. Got a very good massage at the spa.

Great location. Live entertainment, bar and food right on the patio. Very helpful staff and super fun hotel. Lots of amenities and access to activities.

Can be a bit busy and noisy at times.
