Be warned there is no lift and it was quite a trek up stairs. Was a little difficult to find as the side entrance is not at the address listed and the building is still signed as an hotel. There is no on site parking but we parked fairly easily on street. It may be difficult in peak periods.

Bagnoles is a lovely location and our room had a great vista overlooking the lake and Casino. All was very clean and great for a family. Can’t really comment on the staff as we had no contact, we had a nice meal in the restaurant down stairs.

Noisy circulation fan right outside the window of Apartment 09 which switched on and off all night. If staying there again would not choose that same apartment.

The only thing that would’ve improved the stay would’ve been a lift, as carrying pushchairs up the stairs was a challenge - but I’d likely just request a room on a lower floor next time.

Depending on taste, guests might find the decor minimalist and the layout cramped.

The location is excellent. The entry system is very straightforward and convenient. The family apartment was ideal for a family of 4.

We stayed here a few years ago when it was a hotel and enjoyed it, so thought we would try it again now it is apartments. We weren't disappointed, we booked a lake view which we had before and think is essential when staying here. We parked on the street right outside the front door and could keep an eye on the car from the room. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. We ate in the lovely restaurant below and recommend it. We would stay again.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The apartment was in a great location and immaculately clean. It was the perfect size for our 3 night stay with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were fantastic with great communication, even with my non existent French! I really cannot fault a thing!

Difficult to say as it ticked pretty much all of the boxes, all of the TV stations were in French, no English speaking channels. That's about it!

I already had a QR sent to me before I left England, I had it on my phone and I printed a paper version to open doors. The apartment's location is excellent, very central, free street parking, free Wifi, well equipped, and very clean.Difficult to say as it ticked

I did not realise you had to pay £20 cleaning bill so took our nightly budget up.

It was in the centre of the town. Spotlessly clean. Great apt with all great amenities. Also refurbished. Highly recommend these appts and definitely stay there again.

Slightly disappointed with view. Advertised as lake and garden view but had to stick head out of window and turn to see lake and there was no garden? However everything else was so great we were able to over look this.

Pretty much everything. The key code on phone was nearly a problem as by time we reached the apartments my battery was nearly dead and we had a fearful moment that we could not be able to access the code on my phone. I do not think this is a good idea especially for older people. Once phone charged all worked well though.
