This is my favorite hotel in Paris,the rooms are beautifully decorated in typical French provincial classical style ,some have a fire place which adds to its charm.They provide a coffee maker in the rooms which I always need ,my room on this trip has a beautiful bathtub straight out of a movie ! I also love the free sauna and workout room in the lower level.Staff members Saif and Chloe were so accommodating too .

I especially enjoyed the location, being so close to the Jardin des Plantes and the Mouffetard district; the bed was comfortable; the view from the window was lovely; and the room air conditioning was cool, which was much appreciated.

This is the second time in the hotel. The hotel has good standards, clean, well illuminated and the size of the rooms are ok for Paris standards.

Only a suggestion - perhaps for the summer months, offer lighter duvets as the ones we had were quite heavyweight.

Breakfast options were well thought out offering a choice of buffet or express (which was more than enough for us each morning). Location was convenient for several different Metro lines and was even walkable to the river and Notre Dame by going through the National History gardens. Plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from across a wide range of cuisines. Rooms were large and spotless. Comfortable with large sash windows with effective black out curtains. We were thankful for the air con and the in room Nespresso maker that was refilled every day.

I was given great assistance with retrieving a lost backpack on a train. My fluency in French is limited and reception made contacts for me, so that I was able to claim it at lost and found.

Close to a hospital, could hear ambulance sirens often. Not terrible, but a little noisy. Also on a Main Street, this added to the noise.

The distance between the subway station and the hotel. it seems that is not that connected unless you take the bus.

Breakfast was delicious. I loved it. I loved the sauna and the room. we got an upgrade and we got plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me in a situation at night with one person outside the hotel.

The Body wash Soap dispenser in the shower was empty after our first day.

My wife and I chose Best Western Plus la Demeure because the reviews from previous guests were excellent. We wanted a boutique style hotel and we weren’t disappointed. When we arrived we were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. Our room, although small, was ideal as we were planning to be out all day sightseeing. The hotel decor was tasteful and clean throughout. The shower was modern and the controls made it so easy to adjust the heat of the water (not always the case in some hotels I’ve stayed). Overall it was a joy and I would not hesitate recommending this hotel.

The room was clean, the hotel has an elevator, gym, and spa. The bathroom was relatively large. The front desk staff were all helpful, day and night.
