    Good location but they asked us to clean. Like hoover and strip beds!!!!! Its a holiday!!Despicable. Was not like this years ago terrible service. Took immediate deposit will not return for 7 days

    We stayed in the accommodation from 16th March to 23rd March 2024 and our experience was unacceptable. We did not receive the facilities or services that we paid for, and when we enquired at reception about this, the manager was very rude to us, as was her boss - shouting at us and the manager presenting aggressive physical behaviour. The manager said her name was Marie Haillant and her boss' name was Laura Izem. The apartment is filthy, disgusting and damaged. There is pubic and body hair in the beds, bathrooms and over the carpets. There are stains on the carpet. Grime and hair in all showers/baths. The shower curtain was brown with filth, the furniture damaged. The electric radiators are covered in thick dust/dirt and causing fire hazards. The walls were stained with liquid marks; the beds stained too. The duvets were dirty. The fridge does not work properly and either freezes food or does not keep it cool enough (all whilst on the same temperature). The door to the balcony is broken and does not close/open properly. The balcony safety balustrade is rotten and loose - ready to fall off. The fans in the apartment are covered in grime and layers of dust. When you use water from any tap/shower, the dishwasher leaks water onto the kitchen floor. The carpets and curtains are filthy with dirt and stains. Ontop of this, there was no hairdryer, no safe, infrequent access to reception/help from staff, no ironing facilities, no WiFi, no board games, and very limited and inconvenient access to the pool/sauna/hammam, pool table and communal areas. Reception was only open for a maximum of 8hrs a day, closed at inconvenient times and closed on Wednesdays. The manager Marie could also not speak English enough to anybody, to allow for a meaningful conversation exchange. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the apartment claims to be non-smoking.

    Unfortunately the accommodation was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. Only one toilet roll for 4 guests. The 'kitchen' was very basic and lacking in equipment, for example there were only 2 knives and 2 pans which made cooking a meal very difficult (there is also no proper oven). Also, there was a very officious inventory listing all the cleaning charges and damages, but there were lots of items missing. There was no cleaning equipment provided to clean the apartment apart from 1 dirty cloth, and the vacuum cleaner was very poor. The reception was also never open and there were a few times we needed to speak to a member of staff but weren't able to. Overall a poor quality accommodation and I wouldn't stay here again. I am also yet to receive my 400 euro security deposit back despite chasing this with the accommodation 3 times now and the reception staff saying that the deposit will be returned immediately on checkout. Next step, I will be contacting my bank and submitting a credit card charge back request.

    Good location, free car parking and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly when the reception was open.
