Great appartement, perfect location. Stayed nearly a week during Olympics. Great view, amenities, parking, perfectly silent

Windows don’t open. But perfect AC instead.

Since our flight arrived in the morning and check-in was in the afternoon, we asked Alexis if we could check in earlier. She kindly accommodated us, allowing us to check in at 11 am. Even if early check-in hadn't been possible, she offered us the option to leave our luggage at the apartment. The instructions on how to reach and enter the apartment are very detailed, so there's little room for error. The apartment is cozy and can accommodate up to 4 people. I stayed there with my mom and dad; they slept in the bedroom, and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was very comfortable. The kitchen is not separated from the living room, so if more than 2 people stay, those sleeping in the living room might be disturbed in the morning. (It depends on each person's preference.) For us, it was perfect. The bathroom has two sinks, which is great for getting ready quickly in the morning. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and has a beautiful view. You can reach the apartment by metro or bus, depending on where you are coming from. We landed at Beauvais Airport, took bus A03, and then one stop by metro. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro, which is very close, and from there, line M1 goes directly to the center of Paris, the Louvre, etc. I felt safe in the area around the apartment and on the way to the metro.

What could be improved are the walls, where the paint is chipped in some places, and the bathroom, which has some black spots due to humidity. There were minor issues with the smell from the shower, which is likely due to the building's structure. However, we put a small towel over the drain and aired out the apartment for 5 minutes, which helped.

I appreciated the efficient support when I collected the property keys. Additionally, I was grateful for the prompt assistance in providing feather-free pillows and a duvet due to my asthma, even though I had forgotten to mention this during booking. Everything was prepared just in case, allowing me to have a great night without any health issues.

We stayed in the 24th for 4 nights, and we had a great time! Everything we needed was there, from the kitchen utensils to the screw driver! We really loved the view, especially in the afternoon when it's already sunset. It feels like home. I would also like to commend Alexis, from the moment we booked the place until we left the property, he was always very accommodating. He's always checking on us and making sure we are having a great time. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who's staying in Paris.

Very small bedroom, small toillets , corridor at the apartment level not clean and needs refurbishment. In the pictures, the apartment looked very fresh and new , in reality, it wasn't so new.

Perfectly sized space with extraordinary views in this 50 year old tower block in puteaux. Spotlessly clean. You can actually cook in this fully equipped kitchen. Bed comfort was good. Excellent communication with owner.

It was a hike to the nearest metro station. Closest supermarket Carrefour Express had the basics.

Location is very convenient. It takes about 30min. to Place Concorde/Opera/Grands Magasins by public transport - walking and Metro Line 1. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. No crowds at all as in the city center, 24th floor with amazing view to La Defense (not to Tour Eiffel). Clean, all necessary kitchen facilities. Carrefour supermarket is in the same building, one more is in 7min. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. The owner is always in contact.

Walking distance to metro station (ca. 10 minutes), a lot of good restaurants nearby and a small supermarket located literally in the same building. * A decent strength of WiFI allowing for videocalls. * Cleanliness. * Good quality of beds. * Air conditioning. * Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooking plate, pans, kettle, etc.) + washing machine.

Nice apartment with a good view over la Defence (not over Paris), 10 min walk to the metro 1 with good connection to the city. Apartment is spacious enough for a few days stay, kitchen is well equipped. All clean. Convenient parking garage for a car, so you don’t need to worry about that.

It was hot during our stay and mobile conditioner was barely coping with it.

i had to sleep on the coach a few nights and it’s just that little bit short - the air con unit worked but was dripping water, it’s a small thing.
