Perfect location to drive your car..then they had parking lot for guests. The owners went out of their way to help us. Also, the best location to see the gorgeous village ! The breakfast was delicious.

The steps with our luggage! We should of asked for help!

The hotel is well located and the pizza was delicious, but there was no Wi-Fi service whatsoever, despite it being clearly advertised on the website. We urgently needed Wi-Fi, and the explanation provided by the hotel staff was unconvincing.

While other nearby restaurants and bars offer Wi-Fi, this hotel does not. There appears to be little sincerity or effort on their part to improve this basic service.

Suddenly the hot water was not served for few hours at night. In addition, blackout for 10mins. Manager speaks only French.

The hotels location is phenomenal and they do have parking which was a must for us. The parking was a bit difficult to get out but still. The staff were super cute even dough they didn’t speak a word of English we managed to communicate.

The main issue is the cleanliness. You can see that they do clean but some stains were of questionable origin. The hotel is quite run down but still cosy enough to feel good there

In the absence of any detailed instructions, we gave our car GPS the address of the hotel. That took us to a point where we needed a local badge to go further in the car, so we got out and did the rest on foot. A bit of a hike since the village is on a slope. There we were given a plan of the village with hand-drawn indications on how to get from the parking we had used to the hotel. So hiked back to car and drove to hotel. Not exactly a perfect arrival. Following our installation in the room, we tried to use the Wifi (without success) and also decided we needed a second access card for the room. So down to the entry desk to discover nobody there. This was not late, around 6pm, and there were no hotel staff available until the next morning. In my view, this means it is not really a hotel.

I enjoyed my stay despite the hotel's failings. My room had a great view, the staff were friendly and the location was great. It's decades since I stayed anywhere with sheets, blankets and a bedspread, rather than a duvet but in fact it worked out well because it was hot and it was easy to dispense of layers but still stay covered. I loved the quirkiness of this hotel but if you prefer a sterile one then this is not for you. Leave it for the slightly eccentric like me.

Wifi didn't reach the 2nd floor, although lack of wifi, though inconvenient, did not spoil my visit. On Sunday afternoon while I was out, the hotel closed down completely, I think I was the only guest, and when I left on the Monday it was still closed. They didn't tell me. I had to lug my case down 2 flights of stairs, which they had promised to do. There was no cleaning done in my room and the bin wasn't emptied during my three day visit.

Sheets had blood stains on them, no hot water, broken shower head, wifi did not work, sounded like rodents live in the ceiling. We left at 6am after a restless night sleep. No staff could be found after we checked in at 7pm or so. It was gross. I regret staying for the whole night. Sleeping in the car would have been better.

    Clean room and good bed.

A bit run-down hotel. The breakfast was a bit poor.
