Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOnly issue was our 7yr stood on a drain cover on the grounds and fell down on it. They need to secure that properly. No serious damage to her leg apart from scratches and bruises. Other than that the property is great.
The spa and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast too.

United KingdomReceptionist was very helpful with local information. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Tranquil and peaceful. Great for relaxation. The swimming pool is an added bonus and Reception offers towels. Breakfast was excellent value with many locally produced products. A beautiful location and a haven of relaxation. Good bike storage. Jumieges is beautiful and a short walk from the hotel takes you to the banks of the Seine.

Beautiful surroundings. Convenient location within walking distance to the Abbey. Friendly staff. Very nice and large room. Jacuzzi in the room was welcome after a day's cycling. Breakfast was a great selection of breads, croissants, charcuterie, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and a lovely local speciality which was like a caramelised rice pudding.

United KingdomThe choice of evening meal options in the village is very limited so you may need to travel further afield for an evening meal
Quiet location close to Jumieges village, set in beautiful grounds. Quite a unique layout! The breakfast was excellent with a selection of regional flavours to try! The management offered to help book meals at local restaurants as they do not serve food in the evening. Their recommendation for Auberge des Ruines was a particular hit

Superb hotel in a lovely quiet and relaxing setting. Rooms are large and finished to a very high standard. Car parking is just outside the hotel with a short walk down a gravel path to reception and then you get a personal guide to the room. The king size was very comfortable. The en-suite is well equipped with a large shower and jacuzzi type bath. Breakfast has a traditional continental selection and is topped off with freshly made croissants and coffee. Ideal location if you are cycle touring along the Seine river valley. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in.

United KingdomBeautiful hotel, beautiful location! Our family room was exactly what we wanted, and had a table outside for us to sit and enjoy sundowners and an incredible view. Great shower, comfortable beds, spa bath (the kids must've had 4 baths in 2 days), AC for the warm nights. The location was also so much better than we were expecting. You can walk to the Abbey in minutes and are surrounded by characteristic and charming restaurants with lots of delicious and good value menu de jours

United KingdomThere is public access to the parking, but it was a very quiet low risk area. Roadworks made access in and out of the village tricky. It isn't really en-route, but well worth the detour.
Pool & breakfast area, gardens, local town & restaurant/bars, The Abbey, snacks and drinks provided during day.

United Kingdomit`s easy to miss the turning as you need to go down the one way street in front of the Mairie. Hotel is signed from the river ferry and again once you`ve passed the Mairie. Regret only staying the one night, I`d recommend at least two
we were looking for somewhere relaxing to stopover on our way back to the channel tunnel and this was about half way. First time I`ve visited this part of Normandy and I feel I`ve been missing out. Lovely area and this pretty boutique hotel was the relaxing stay I`d hoped it would be, I only wish we had stayed a few days more. Really pretty location in the countryside but on the edge of a village
