The second day the spa was overcrowded and there were a lot of cars parked outside indicating they open it to day passes.

Beautifully restored with a genuine spiritual harmony. The spa facilities are fantastic.

Everything was outstanding; some recommendations to make it perfect: - The spa closes a little early (7pm), 8pm would be nice + it is tricky to find availability for massages in the summer - There are no outdoor restaurant options outside of the michelin star one, which was a little disappointing

We had a nightmare journey (Air Traffic Control strike). We arrived at 2 am on Saturday morning instead of 2pm on Friday after travelling for 20 hrs. I asked for a 2pm check-out on Sunday. Was told ‘It is not possible’. No explanation given. It would certainly have been a kindness.

I would have loved to have a better view from our room. We couldn't see much from the porch.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was excellent! As a vegan they had plenty of options for me. The location was beautiful. There was a great parking lot for those who are driving. The spa is phenomenal! There were so many rooms and it was very spacious so it never felt overcrowded. The inside of the hotel is beyond beautiful, modern, but still has its charm of an old convent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was not very clean in the room. I found a lot of hair, including on the towel. Poor sound insulation between floors. When someone upstairs took a shower, it seemed like the water was pouring right onto the ceiling.

This hotel had a lot of French charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The restaurants were superb. The hotel amenities were above expectation. The spa was fantastic. We stayed an extra night because the hotel was so wonderful. We cannot wait to come back again!

I would have given it a 10 straight away, but as we set great store by culinary delights, we missed the variety during our five-night stay. The hotel also stands out because of its great restaurants (one even with a Michelin star!!) and the food was also delicious, but if you stay five nights, you have little choice and have tried practically everything in two days, as the menu has very little choice. Especially in a hotel like this, where you like to stay, it would be even nicer (you like to be comfortable in a hotel like this and enjoy it without having to organise anything) to have a varied cuisine. We had to organise lunch especially well and many restaurants were closed at the beginning of the week. So it was a lot of organizing when it became to food. Nevertheless, the staff gave us always tips for good restaurants in the area and made all our reservations. So all in all, what an amazing hotel! We‘re for sure coming back, this was a one of a kind experience! Thank you for everything!

We stayed at the hotel with our young dog and the three of us felt very welcome at any time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are happy to run the extra mile for their guests. You can tell that the team is passionate about what they do, everything is well thought out. The architecture is absolutely magical and unique. Great rooms, great facilities, great spa, great food. Everything was just perfect. This hotel and team really think of everything to make sure you have the best time ever and the location is great for excursions.

This Relais & Chateaux property is magnificent! The lobby of the hotel occupies the former chapel at the convent and the space is stunning. Our rooms were incredible. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is spectacular. Breakfast was included in the rate I had booked and it was wonderful. Hotel has a L’Occitane Spa which was amazing. I cannot use enough adjectives to describe this phenomenal establishment. WE WILL BE BACK!

Improve the variety at breakfast. Slightly improve the service to reach true luxury level. Introduce head stands for the shallow part of the main pool. Chance the "do not disturb" sign (the tend to keep the door from closing".

The resort is fantastic, both the rooms and the commo areas. The spa has everything you might want. Everything is incredibly well maintained. Food is great in both restaurants.

The food is a bit on the expensive side, but should be expected at a hotel such as this.

Truly an incredible hotel, I am fortune to stay in a lot of great ones, but this exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor, amazing facilities, a great sensitivity for the volume of the space. Attentive staff, wonderful location, clear, quiet, nice guests, excellent restaurants and good. While the hotel was full, it never felt busy, a very impressive accomplishment. Spa is fantastic, we had a number of treatments. I 100% will be staying again.

The only thing we could fault (and it's a stretch) is that the Bistro could have more variety in the menu, as if you are staying here for more than a few days you may get tired of the same meals. Suggest adding some seasonal daily specials to keep things interesting!

Everything! The facilities were particularly incredible, with a huge spa. We were blown away at this hotel and honestly, was one of the best we have ever stayed at. We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon and no other hotel lived up to our experience. Special mention to Adrien, who was exceptional during our dinner at Le Feuillée* - a highlight of our honeymoon and worth every cent! The room was picture perfect, with the décor being a highlight.
