The breakfast was good but not exceptional and it would have been nice to have reusable cups and glasses in the room (rather than just paper and plastic cups which end up as trash). Also some basic toiletries like shampoo would have been nice. Otherwise nice stay!

The hotel is located in a charming town 25min from Nyon and is easily accessible by bus from there. The room I stayed in was spacious and the area is very quiet. The staff was also accommodating for my late-night check in.

Unfortunately because of some event in the city centre, access to the parking was closed and nobody informed us in advance. So we had to look for parking in the city by ourselves and because of the event in the city centre it was crowded everywhere.

Cheaper than other hotels nearby. Staff are friendly.

Small rooms, very hot and quite old by now. Bathroom has a smell of cigarette because I suspect that people were smoking close to the ventilation intake.

The weather was extremely Hot(36°) My Room was one of the few without AC, and unfortunately, the windows and blinds had been left open.. arriving at 4pm, the room was unbearably hot, only cooling down by 2am.

The fire alarm went on TWICE during the night, we didn't get any information from the hotel workers, our kids were terrified to go to the room again, we didn't know what was going on. Terrible service in this situation, no one from the hotel around, no care for their guests. I realised there was no emergency exit we might use is case of a fire, so definitely never going back with this low level of confidence. Our room was on the last floor, it was super hot and impossible to sleep due to the high temperature. Two beds were more or less comfortable, two of them were not good at all. Regarding breakfast, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Super small choice of food, quantity was ridiculous, cafe machine not working, an orange liquid which you could not drink, supposed to be a juice... I guess the guy realized how bad it was, that we didn't pay for one of the kids, but 40 euros for this? Outrageous! There is a super nice bakery just 2 minutes walking, much better choice.

The Hotel workers were friendly, and the price was the lowest in the area.

the rooms are outdated, the door locks in bathroom do not close, there is no soap for the bath sink, the room is small and smalls like old. the tv is small, the lettle was dirty the parking is too small to accomodate all guests

- Old building => Sound proofing loosy, decoration idem - Le Divona has managed to surprise me big way and holds a record : only hotel (all categories included after 40yrs of travelling where for 2 days in a row we didn’t get basic hotel service (bed, cleaning, towel change) ! First day I was told that it happens that ‘the service wasn’t systematically performed from day of arrival to following day’, while on day 2 ‘someone eventually explained that we were holding the 2 unique cards which the hotel had to open our room door and that consequently no service had been performed after the 2nd night either’. No comment…

Extremely disappointed with the hotel facility. The heating system did not work during a cold period, windows blinds were broken, the shower was dirty (hair found), the alarm, the alarm went off for no reason. The room was simply not functional and no alternatives were provided by the employees. At the check-out, no compensation was suggested.

The shower overflowed during a 2nd shower so plumbing needs updating. Also it was tiny as was the room. The staff had to fix the bathroom door as well. We had to have tradesmen in as they refused us an alternative room. Claimed it was full but no other guest had yet arrived for the night.

-I was in many 2 star hotels much better and more clean than this. I do not think this hotel is a 3 stars - the room did not correspond to the photos on booking - wifi was not working in the room - there was fresh paint, and the hotel smells bad, the towels too - the bathroom is very little, you barely have space to sit on the toilet

- the personnel is very gentle
