Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Extremely spacious and well equipped apartment on two floors - there was really everything we needed as we were traveling with our baby daughter. Even AC was available and working nicely. Absolutely recommend the location, with a great view of the Loire. The hosts were really kind and even gave us extra flexibility as we were a bit delayed in our departure. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night! Until next time!

United KingdomAs others have mentioned, the downstairs loo is a nuisance in the night (age related issue!), and there is no basin so you have to wash your hands in the kitchen - not ideal. Bedroom is a bit of an obstacle course.
Very friendly host welcome. Fantasic views of river and bridge. Spacious living area, good heating, well equipped kitchen. After several places where heating was pre-set to a low level, it was good to be able to set the heating ourselves. Easy parking and space under the stairs where we were able to store our ski stuff.

The location was perfect. From all windows you could see directly at the Loire. It was very calm, even with the window open at night. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this appartement.
