The internet did not work at all!

Location was great being in the center of Ambrose which is a great base to explore the region. The apartment was very nice and comfortable for the 3 of us. The onsite parking was a true bonus as parking in Ambrose is difficult.

The frontal desk staff of the hotel that owns the apartment did not wait for me at the gate of the apartment at the time appointed before my arriving that day.

The hotel has not only a excellent location but also a very large parking both safe and free, also spaceous rooms quipped with air-conditioner, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, and also provided with almost everything that is necessary for everyday life, such as cooking utensils and tablewares, hairdrier, fast WiFi access to Internet and so on.

Some confusion on my part on checking in. I didn't realise that the accommodation was part of the hotel nearby and that that was where checking in was. I ended up accosting the cleaners for a key! Reception staff came to me an hour or so later and I realised my error. I just don't think it is clear on booking (although in hindsight it is clear on the gate that it is part of the hotel).

Location is perfect for exploring Amboise. In an area where parking is scarce, to have secure parking on site is a big bonus. We had a full car (we were only staying 2 nights on route to our final destination) and 4 bikes on the roof so we wanted somewhere with private parking and this ticked all the boxes. It was in a quiet area and great bonus of watching the hot air balloons each night at sunset.

Great location. We easily walked to all the sites. The parking was easy and very secure, too. The check-in was especially nice because Damien let us check in early since the apt was ready. He brought us a nice portable crib for our 1 year old. He also helped us find a great restaurant for dinner. The apt. was very clean and well-maintained.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property has a big private parking area on site so it is very convenient for us as we arrived with a car. The apartment is well equipped and we could prepared our breakfast and some simple dinner. Location is really good, just in the city center. Overall, it was a very nice stay experience. We all enjoyed it.

As we were a party of three and gite was for maximum of four there was only comfortable seating for two people. Bedroom (shower and sink) all in one room but not conducive for privacy.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gite was very well equipped and a five minute walk from all amenities. Free secure parking and our own outside seating area provided was a nice touch.

Can't think of anythig that we did not like. This apartment was on the 1st floor so carrying large bags could be an issue for some. There are two other apartments on the ground floor. The breakfast provided is worth trying but may not be great value for 10 EUR per adult as there are many excellent bakeries and places close by. They do offer good baked goods, coffee, tea and some hot food (scrambled eggs when we tried).

Excellent apartment very close to the city centre, very spacious and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Emille was very kind to walk with us to the apartment and show us everything in the apartment and how things work, very helpful. Our apartment was on the 1st floor so carrying any large bags could be an issue for some but it was manageable. Nice bedroom with comfortable bed and mattresses. A single sofa convertible which was very comfortable as well with lots of pilows etc. Excellent kitchen with utensils and everything needed to cook if required. A good size washer. There was no dryer but there was a drying rack with a drying fan provided (this was in the bathroom and we actually did not notice this until the last day). Secure parking provided inside the apartment behind gates which were unlocked using the key or a code. Excellent value for the facilities provided.
