Dripping noise from roof outside was constant - need to sort the guttering

Great location, lovely welcoming reception and staff. Free croissants in the lobby was a nice touch.

We had to change rooms because the first one had a strong smell of mold; we thought it was the wood smell at first, so we arranged all our stuff in the room, but during the night we could not sleep because of the smell, so we asked to change rooms and it was very fast from their side and changed rooms in a couple of hours. The first room had a great view of Montblanc (we asked and pay for a room with a view of Montblanc), but the second one had a tree in front of the mountain, so it was partially seen, but the golf courses made up for that, let s say..

The view from the balcony; we could see the golf courses and part of Montblanc; many shelves and places to deposit our stuff, very practical and made the room look cozy and tidy; access to spa, also because there was nobody there, so we enjoyed even more the sauna and jacuzzi

    - no air conditioning; - outdated bathroom; - it is noisy during the mornings, sounds from grass mower and cable station; - very basic breakfast, horrible egg scramble made from powder, low quality food.

+ the mountain view form the balcony is fabulous; + charming hotel; + easy parking next to the hotel; + spa area was great; + staff at the reception were welcoming and informative.

It was close enough to town, but could be inconvenient if not driving. Hot tub is very small, luckily it was quiet when we were there but can imagine it being inconvenient when busy.

The hotel is beautiful, the hot tub and it’s setting was gorgeous, staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Views are stunning in the area.

Very small nitpick. I wish the scrambled eggs were hotter at breakfast haha

After an intense day of snowboarding I fully enjoyed the sauna in the hotel! I spent about 2 hours in the area and it was fantastic! Also, the staff let me use the shower after checking out which really helped on my last day. Also, the breakfast is really worth the price! Really nice!

I've chosen this hotel for SPA but it was the only disappointing bit. The jacuzzi and saunas are on different levels. There is always a slippery floor full of water coming out of jacuzzi and then stip stairs down to saunas. In the steam room is very bad smell on damb. It is small and not pleasant to sit in.

I had a lovely superior room with a balcony and mind-blowing view. Very comfy bed and pillows. They do very nice breakfast and yummy croissants. There always been plenty of them left after breakfast, so they put it down at hall for guests to pickup. The staff is always friendly and helpful, giving good advices of where to eat and visit.

Despite the fact that we were off-season (and on a Monday), we couldn't get into the room until exactly 3 p.m. when the official check-in was. Apparently, this was only possible for an additional fee. There was also no question of a room upgrade despite the availability of superior rooms.

Very good location (next to the lift), comfortable beds, nice (but small) spa area, good breakfast, nice boutique hotel atmosphere.

    - no restaurant - there is a breakfast which is ok but no dinner or other meal option, I didn’t think this was super clear from the listing. However there are 1-2 other restaurant options to dine out around the area, make reservations in advance though. - the value for money wasn’t the best, it’s rather expensive for what you get, it charges the same daily rate as some of the other hotels in the area that have restaurants and more atmospheric decor (cabin/chalet vibes), might be more worth the money when their golf courses are open in the spring/summer

    - Very clean rooms & hotel - rooms comfortable, perfect temperature (if you like to sleep cold, you can turn down the heater and the room actually cools down ), balcony, view - quiet and peaceful, scenic - ski storage area - super kind staff, excellent English, friendly and very attentive and genuine - accesible : Near flagere ski lift and the shuttle bus stops

The weather turned wet with snow incoming (our touring group were on motorcycles). The hotel did not advise us that the Mont Blanc tunnel was closed from 2nd September until 17 December 2024. We had to plan a 170 mile diversion to Italy in addition to the 350 mile journey. Resulting in a 14 hour day!

The hotel had plenty of secure parking for our groups motorcycles. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was well equipped and clean. There was no dining at the hotel, but The Castel restaurant is a short walk and offered excellent food and beer.

The amenities were a bit of a disappointment. The hot tub wasn't hot, and the sauna and steam room were grimy and uninviting. The mattress was thin and basic. Everything felt a bit rundown—nothing major, but things like the shower curtain needed replacing, and the toilet seat was loose.

Overall the place was fine. Lots of windows and natural light. The room was as described and the location is nice and quiet. Walk into town is about 30mins or there's local transit just out front.

    Everything was fine.

Located on a beautiful golf course with wonderful views of the mountains from your balcony. The log construction gives it a great feel. Short distance out of town so it’s nice and quiet at night. There is no air conditioning but the night air turns really cool when the sun goes down. Would stay here again.

Afternoon receptionist was not very friendly.

Lovely building! Fantastic location, cute rooms, comfortable beds. Hot tub, sauna and steam room were a lovely addition. Receptionist at check in was so welcoming and helpful. She organised a massage for me and gluten free breakfast options for my husband. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and had lovely views of the mountain.

As business professionals traveling, having USB outlets on power outlets would be extremely helpful for all the technology we bring with us.

My wife and I were traveling by foot trekking the TMB. After staying in all forms of accommodations on our trip, I decided to book with you and give my wife (and myself), a needed place to enjoy a hot bath, beautiful view of your golf course and mountains. It was great to relax on the patio with a book and take it all the views. Your location was within the center of town and easy to enjoy the town. Staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful in every way.
