How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One night stopover on our journey. Perfect location in the middle of the town. Short walk to discover the old medieval city. Our room was in the annex where we parked outside. The restaurant is rated highly, although we did have trouble finding an alternative, but pleased to say it didn’t disappoint.

Stayed here with a group of motorcycle friends. We were made welcome from the start, shown the secure car park and asked if we required dinner, which we didn’t. The hotel is well located, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The room I had had a finicky lock which required practice to get right. Also probably more a 2* hotel, but was cheap anyway.
Location is very good, staff were good and was clean. Parking was good.

Staff wonderful, helpful and friendly. Evening meal was very nice and always appreciate a restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to trail around to find somewhere (cost a little more than some other Logis properties we have stayed at for an equivilent meal.) Not such an extensive breakfast as some places...but it was very reasonably priced, so good value and totally tasty. Our room was being re furbished and was fresh, clean and tidy. Great shower in the bathroom. The location was wonderful, literally straight into the centre of this beautiful town. Safe parking at the back of the hotel, which is always appreciated when you have a car full of 'stuff'

Nothing at all, a good overnight stay in a good location.
Hotel is situated in the centre of a very picturesque town which has medieval origins. Room was located in the annex and was comfortable if not overly spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, also good breakfast in the morning with coffee which was not from a machine and one of the best croissants I have ever tasted! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good parking in the interior courtyard of the hotel.

Did not like 10ol single individual wine serving. Small and far too expensive. Over 7 Euros for not even a glass measure. Felt rushed during the meal . Unfortunately my main course choice was far too tough . The first room in the old building was not up to standard with an awful very tired shower /loo- It needs to be refurbished and not sold until it has.
Reception staff very pleasant and very helpful and a good breakfast . The other two people really enjoyed their choice of dinner menu Excellent starter and cheese board Happy with the second room the receptionist gave us after I grumbled. Very grateful for the time taken to ring us with regard to a personal item that had been forgotten

The rooms were located in a separate building out the back of the hotel and through the carpark in the rain. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the rooms were very sparse

Arrived back at Hotel after 22.30 and everything was shut down, the front door was locked, lights were off and no signs or obvious means of getting back inside the Hotel. Having eventually to go around the back of the Hotel, luckily our room key opened the garage gate! Panic over. More information required re above for guests
