Everything was excellent with a customer experience at a high standard. The room was very comfortable, towels changed everyday, staff were amazingly helpful, taking care of the customers. Access to SPA was very easy and during hours fitting our schedule. The hotel offers options for massages as well. The breakfast was very good with specialties from the area. Everyone could find it’s how way of having a very enjoyable breakfast. Pets are welcomed and without surcharge, which is normally not the case elsewhere. There is also an outdoor parking lot free of charge, which is a real advantage for the customers. The hotel is very well situated in the city centre of Pont l’évêque, and very practical for reaching any place in the region. It is also very close to the highways.

Have no complaints. Everything satisfactory…. very good. Staff were welcoming and most helpful. ( even refroze the ice packs in readiness for supermarket shopping 👍) A lovely spacious room with tv kettle clothes space … plenty hangers. Lovely bathroom. One point I would suggest is to have “ grab handles “ to access bath/shower for safety.

Location convenient to find. A little way from the “ centre “ which too far for us to walk. Excellent parking facility at the hotel. We had ground floor room facing a charming garden square.

Having to wait at the car park entrance to get a code to enter. Reception was busy and so we created a delay. This then happened to another arrival so we gave them the code. An over priced pool

Extra cost to use pool. Rooms completely tiled so cold on bare feet. Blinds rather than curtains so no soundproofing to courtyard.

Close to motorway. Free private car parking. Straightforward check in. Comfortable room. Good on site restaurant.

Arrangements for booking the spa and restaurant could be clearer for the apartment, but the town has fantastic restaurants!

Free use of pool. Lovely 2 level room with excellent facilities. Quirky architecture Excellent parking facilities with CCTV monitoring. Lovely, friendly receptionist.

Quite expensive, especially because you pay extra for the pool (€20 per person) and the breakfast.

Nice (shared) garden and nice people at the hotel. The village is also nice for one or two evenings.

The breakfast let’s it down. Nothing hot, virtually no choice apart from a skinny baguette, some Brie and Camembert past it’s best or some apricots/dates. The machine to boil eggs was switched off. No coffee machine. Just someone bringing a pot round with the worst tasting coffee I’ve had in a very long time.

Great location. Lovely rooms and beautiful building. Perfect for parking.

The stairs to the bed felt steep and might be too difficult for older guests if they have to get up in the night

The room was spacious enough for two with all the facilities needed. The shower was nice and hot and powerful.

Picked hotel as it had a restaurant But this was not open on a Sunday very little options open to find something outside the hotel as a Sunday so had a bag of crisps and a banana till breakfast

Very helpful staff .Parking on site if round the back we passed hotel and had to come back to fine parking . Really nice room with a bath .Bar was nice but no one in it (well it was a Sunday in January ) wine was very nice though

Convenient location in town centre. Restaurants nearby. Spacious room on two levels. Small sitting area. Didn’t use the pool/spa so cannot comment.

We didn't like that our three boys were unable to use the pool as this was a long journey and hadn't realised they have to be 16 years or over

Spa was poor, small pool, sauna was not hot, no showers in change area. Duplex room , stairs to bedroom level very steep and narrow
