Hosts were more than welcoming. The evening meal menu was 49 euros but more than worth it. Homemade meal which was very good. Would Def recommend.

We had the most wonderful time at Le Manoir. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming. We ate dinner with the host and other guests. The food was delicious - the whole evening was truly memorable. Good food, lots of wine, shared experiences- surrounded by a wonderfully eccentric decoration. A unique experience! Our room was spacious and very clean plus the pool and jacuzzi were lovely.

Location was so convenient for the motorway. Breakfast was amazing with such a large variety of home baked pastries and cakes. Room was large and comfortable with a good power shower. The pool was a lovely way to unwind after our long drive. Hosts were excellent. Auxerre was charming for an evening stroll. Gated secure parking was ideal

Not being able to check in until 1700 which did feel rather late. A slightly awkwardly shaped room with sloping ceilings and plenty of opportunities for banging your head by mistake! But these are tiny things - overall it was a great experience and we very much hope to go back.

Friendly welcome from Monique and Eric who treated us like family. A wonderful and very reasonably priced table d’hote meal with several courses and ample wine, all beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast was also varied and ample.

We had loft bedroom which was cramped and had a low ceiling, the toilet in our room was open plan you need to know your room mate very well!

Breakfast was around a large family size table - very French! It was continental style lots of bread and pastries, cakes and fruit and yoghurt- no sign of greasy sausage and bacon. The swimming pool was very welcome especially as the weather was 28 Celsius . The host Eric organised dinner for us in a wonderful restaurant in auxerre on Sunday evening and also arranged a taxi for us.

Wifi non-existent. Had to upgrade rooms as the double beds in the basis rooms were up against the wall. Was not planning for additional costs. no restaurant at the property, so had to travel into Auxerre to find an evening meal.

Good swimming pool for use. Excellent breakfast with homemade items, mostly sweet.

We did not like that we were not. We were expecting to be able to eat at the property. Only given the last minute an email to say that they were not doing any food and we know for a fact I was told by other guests that they had provided a meal the night before I would just say that they should just advertise it as a B&B, if they are not prepared to serve food in the evening

The property was beautifully maintained in a good location. The rooms were excellent. We had a balcony which was really nice.
