Nice spacious location near deauville-trouville city centre. Private parking spot. Full equipped appartment

Online last minute check-in was smooth (just 5 hrs prior to arrival). Getting the access key to room took some time at arrival

Lovely building, good amount of space and homely feel. No breakfast included but had a kitchen to prepare my own and plenty of food options down the road.

The door codes were not obvious enough on the booking confirmation. I got there late after a very long day's travel and work, and long walk with a heavy bag, to find a basic dark entrance and no one there to greet me. Which would be fine if the instructions were clearer, however when I read the booking confirmation print out it said to "Call this number to arrange collection of the key". I called the number about 5 times and couldn't get through to any one, starting to panic a bit by this point and my battery was getting low! I eventually looked through the other options within the email confirmation and to my relief i found the door codes. This should not have been a smallprint piece of information hidden within another option... should have been on the front page of the confirmation instead of the key collection phone number which turned out to be misleading and irrellevant. Anyway, I got in and the place was fine for m,y 2 night stay. Bit of a walk into town though and didn't see any taxis the whole time i was there.

It is a good looking house, rooms are furnished nicely.

Lacking some cooking utensils and tools like good knives, cutting board. Could not use balcony because of birds nest with baby bitds.

We Were very dissappointed - the place looked Much nicer on photos - the place felt unhealthy - cold on a summerday, all our clothes were humid

The property is in a great location, and an easy walk to Deauville, Trouville and Touques. The parking is easy, and the property easy to find. There is a small kitchen which is perfectly adequate for a short stay, and the bathroom is good.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, and really unacceptable in this day and age. Really disappointed with that. We've stayed in small apartments before with sofa beds, but this has to be the worst ever. Poor quality, very thin mattress and unsupportive. In the end it was more comfortable sleeping on the floor.

Very old house and not too comfortable. Self-sercice carwash next to the property, so there is a risk of people making noise at random times during the night. The wifi on the top floor was not working.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we were looking for a calm and relax place and that's what we got! The apartment was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful area but still within walking distance to the city center. Perfect if you come by car, and even better if you come with an electric car because there's a EV charger in the house!
