Small hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel close to the beach and a 10 minute cycle from Ars -en -re. Rooms small, but clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. Bicycles available to hire from the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Really lovely with the balcony and seaview. The staff were incredibly helpful, the meals were delicious.

Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday evening. Hotel is a bit remote so had to travel to dine.

Very near to the busy main road but rooms are well sound proofed. We had a room at the back so no traffic noise.

Straight onto the cycle track - great location on the island for getting to both ends..Excellent restaurant with good outdoor eating area. Beach just across the road - not busy .

Lovely room with sea view and balcony definitely worth paying extra for. Location good for cycling using bikes from the hotel. Swimming beach across the road.

Lovely situated directly next to the beach and the salt marches. The staff was very sweet and caring & as a solo traveler I always felt safe and home. Small rooms which are well equipped, clean, comfortable beds and good WiFi (had to do some calls and there were no problems which is not the usual when using hotel WiFi). I also had breakfast for two days and it had everything I needed. Will come back when I return to Ile de re.

We had a great stay at Hotel Le Martray. The hotel is very well located, right on the cycle path and just 10m by bike from Ars. There is a beach just across the road with good swimming options at high tide. The owners and staff are very friendly, the bikes we hired were good quality, and the restaurant food was excellent. Thank you :-)

I was under the impression that the hotel was in the village rather than a 6 minute car drive away .. possibly my fault for not reading through the website info .

The friendly staff .. the breakfast and the ability to walk across the road to the beach .. lots of bicycles available to hire ..our room though small was perfect with a very comfortable bed ..

We liked everything.

The room was clean and airy, perfect, location perfect, on the cycle route and a lovely breakfast. And dinne was just wonderful, all local sourced food, just delicious and done with such care, and the local wine woderful as well. Just the most lovely place to stay and enjoy.

Not a large complex. Bedroom with balcony and em suite lovely. Lovely terrace. Very good position for cycling around the north. Great beach across the road (motorists very good at stopping to let you cross). Hire bikes from hotel. Good picnics provided if requested. Food excellent, both breakfast and dinners. Staff very friendly, helpful and English speaking.

Everything about this little hotel was just fabulous. The best parts were how friendly and attentive the staff were, the food at the restaurant and the fact that the beach is just opposite. We also loved the terrace outside. Will definitely be back!

Great location opposite the beach and not far from the other villages and markets in the area. Plenty of parking. Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
