We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Outstanding views. With exception of road it was very quiet. Had everything you needed. Lovely for a couple. Bathroom well fitted.

United KingdomThe traffic just outside as the chateau is one of the first properties when you come off the main road. But this was known and in the grand scheme of things was no issue as the traffic did settle in the evenings when we were relaxing at the chateau and we were out for most of the expected heavy traffic.
The place was very cute. It was comfortable and well kept and very clean. Had a very chic vibe to it. The kitchen is well equipped for its size but is designed for one person cooking only. The sleeping area is small so if you are tall you have to mind your head and in the summer it can get warm. Sleeping with the window open to let in a a breeze was necessary but this allowed mosquitoes and flies to enter and you could hear some traffic with the window open but overall a very pleasant stay. The location is very good, a short walk away from the centre of chamonix and with spectacular views of Mont Blanc but also put of the way enough to avoid the hustle of the centre.

We liked the look of the property as the cabin was situated in front of the mountains and had a cosy feel to it. The inside was lovely with games a tv and an electric fire for warming up.

United KingdomIt is very small for 4 people and the roof is low-making sleeping on the loft mattress quite claustrophobic for me. Outside furniture would have been good.
Really pretty cabin where every inch of space has been thoughtfully used. Furnishings were of good quality. Easy walking distance to Chamonix and parking available at entrance to this small area-which had maybe 10-15 lodges of varying size. Not affected by road noise, it was peaceful with lovely mountain views.

United KingdomI was asked for payment for bedding and towels €30 the week before leaving which unless I paid for extra luggage on the flight I couldn’t avoid. This should be included in the cost of the accommodation not an extra. We also weren’t provided with pillows only cushions, when I messaged the host to say one wasn’t even usable as very lumpy and misshapen there was no apology.
The fact there was Christmas lights was nice! And Christmas decorations inside. The bathroom looked recently done. I liked there was a tv with Netflix.
