No washing machine although laundry service 3 mins walk away was wonderful and worth the cost. Could've done with 2nd fan so bedroom and sofa bed were both cooled.

Stunning location and views from the balcony. Very central and close to restaurants and station yet quiet at night away from late bars. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Responsive and flexible hosts allowing us access 2 hours early.

Initially it was hard to find because it’s tucked away behind a restaurant. The code that we were given for the front door was incorrect. Thankfully a resident was leaving and saw us struggling and gave us the new code. Just glad that worked out!

If you have strong WiFi needs, like working remotely, you likely need to find a cafe or elsewhere to work from. We did not experience strong enough internet to support video calls or streaming.

Plenty of room for two. Very quiet and relaxing, given it is right in the center of Chamonix. We enjoyed the balcony with a view of the mountains with our morning coffee then could get right to the lifts for a day of hiking. Would absolutely recommend.

Very well equipped for a two night stay. Wonderful access to the town and all activities. Very good value for our late-May visit. It is hard to leave the terrace with its wonderful view of the mountains.

The price has become a bit high, but that's just the market. At this price level, I would like to have a washing machine. However, this is only relevant for long-term customers.

I stand by my previous review in 2023: “This is a good enough size one-bedroom apartment (2 rooms) with a spacious bathroom. If you like photos, then the apartment looks even better. The apartment is warm, cozy, thought out with taste and style. Everything looks new. The bed and the sofa-bed are very comfortable for sleeping. Automatic blinds make sleeping even more comfortable. Bed linen and towels are of good quality and changed regularly. The place is quiet despite being close to all types of transport and shops. 450 m to Chamonix SUD Bus Station, 200 m to Chamonix Centre bus stop, 50 m to the railway stop Chamonix-Aiguille-du-Midi, not to mention 300 m to the Aiguille du Midi lift. There is a large screen TV and it works well. No problems with wifi either. Hospitality and communication beyond praise, cannot imagine anything better. Many thanks for our wonderful time in Chamonix.”

Parking lot was not located in the same apartment. I took about 5 minutes from the apartment, so please read the instruction very carefully.

Location was perfect and facility was good. I could see the Aiguille du Midi through the window in the living room. And it takes three minutes to get to the train station.

Comfortable and cosy. Loved everything about this place. Amazing view of snow capped mountain peaks from the balcony. Easy self check-in. Close to shops and restaurants.

Door locks were difficult. Using the stove required translating the user manual. We couldn’t figure out how to get cold water in the shower so we took very hot showers.

Had a difficult time finding it! Unlocking the door was a challenge. Once you get it it’s easy. Chamonix is a tourist town so there lots of people in the streets. Made it nice to have a nice place to relax in.

This apartment was very comfortable. It had a lovely balcony that we ate at when the weather permitted. The view was amazing! You can just stare at Mont Blanc directly in front of you. There were lots of windows so the air was always fresh. Kitchen was fully outfitted with pretty plates and coffee cups. We did the Tour de Mont Blanc and came back for a week. Oh, and there was an elevator!

Nothing about the property- we loved it! One thing that I wish we had known is that there is apparently a closer stop on the train coming from Saint Gervais les Bains. A stop that might be called Chamonix Midi. Something like that. We almost got off there by mistake and it turned out to be so close. Instead we had a long walk from the main train station hauling our suitcases.

I liked the location a lot. It was close to L’Aiguille du Midi— it was just at the end of the street! We found restaurants nearby.

Perfect location for the centre. Lovely interior with lots of toys to keep our two year old happy as well as a high chair. The cot was setup for us in advance which was really nice and helpful. Access to a bike room in the building wasn’t advertised but was also a really helpful bonus for us. Would be helpful to know pedestrian/access hours for driving to the flat in advance but wasn’t a problem and we really liked the pedestrianised centre. Loved our stay here, Merci!!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and had a silly design on the bed foot that made it hard to walk around. Not enough space to hang clothes anywhere It's a very old building and internally the apartment was good, but the externals ( balcony & windows ) and foyer need some work. It was a trip back to the 70's !

Loved the location and the view of Mt Blanc from the Balcony. Well equipped and ideal for a couple.

Nadege and Geoffrey’s apartment is in a wonderful location - the mountain views from the living room and balcony are spectacular!!!! The main street with lots of shops, restaurants, patisseries etc is only 2 minutes walk away. The departure point for the Aiguille du Midi is only 3 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a marvellous Boulangerie along the way! Really location couldn’t be better. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable for a couple - access is very easy following Nadege and Geoffreys very clear instructions, it is on the second floor of the building with an elevator. The apartment is well equipped, the bed comfortable, the shower great. We required parking and although the garage is a few minutes walk away, again the instructions for access were precise and accurate and we managed easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely recommend it as a great base to explore Chamonix.

The parking space if you have a large car is very difficult to squeeze in, it requires a bit more of attention to don’t scratch it.

It was very cozy, clean, with all required equipment in case you like to cook, very good check in explanations, 5 min walk away from Chamonix centre bus stop where you can jump into the ski buses and the locations is just in the town centre.

The pillows were thin.

The hosts were highly responsive and accommodating. There are unique amenities, including binoculars to observe the mountain, a fondue appliance, espresso for our stay, and tiny boutique soaps. I thoroughly enjoyed the little balcony—its view of Mont Blanc couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower, a high power fan in the bedroom, and extra blankets.
