The room was dirty, and it looked like someone had already slept in the bed. There were spiders. No air conditioning. The bar is open until 9 PM.😊

The hotel is only suitable for a quick overnight stay. Good price.

There were lots of flies which is unavoidable, we know- suggestion, is to use something to deter them away from the food- at meals.

Was travelling by motorcycle and 10 days into a trip. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave access to washing machine and dryer, which was much needed at this stage.🤣 Would definitely recommend to any motorcyclists doing the pyrenees passes. Great base .

The hotel had just opened for the season and therefore some amenities were not yet fully operational. However, it did not greatly impact our stay. We still highly recommend this affordable establishment and will be returning.

What a glorious location! Approached by some of the great passes of the Pyrenees, the hotel enjoys lovely views of barren peaks and lush pastures. Clean, modern and run with great economy it offers a really good stop-over in the mountains. The economy? The evening meal is a Table d'Hote. In other words, you get what you're given! One size fits all, which is typical of high mountain hotels as supply lines can be fraught, especially in Winter. Our evening meal was fresh ingredients, feshly cooked, generous and completely delicious. Breakfast was, similarly, mountain style, generous with an excellent choice of cereals, breads, boiled eggs meats, cheeses etc. Our room was clean, well sized and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was well up to standard with loads of hot water on tap.

To be honest I can't think of anything. Parking was easy but an open car park....maybe a more secure area for motorcycles?

This is just what you need when motorcycling from Caen to the Pyrenees. A clean hotel with a restaurant, bar, and car park within easy reach of the Spanish Border. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was clean, great shower, and a wonderful view of the mountains. Fixed menu, but we must have been lucky (or just not fussy!) as the food was amazing, as was the beer! We were here for only one night, but I can imagine it would be great for a longer stay.

The overhead bar of the shower wasn't fixed and fell on my head! Breakfast is limited - few healthy options or hot food. The room is advertised as having a terrace which is misleading as they are referring to the communal terrace on the ground floor.

The room was very spacious with big opening windows, plenty of wardrobe space, a big bathroom and super shower, beautiful views over the valley and a very big comfy bed. The swimming pool is lovely, a good size and quite warm. The breakfast room opens onto the terrasse so you can eat outside. There is a laverie with washing machines - ideal for the groups of hikers and cyclists that the hotel attracts.

small room! No control over temperture in the room. No screen on open window. OK breakfast--kicked us out at 10 AM although we were not yet finished.

I got the supper for 20 euros. It was very disappointing. They make it sound good, but its a rip off. They put me off in the corner because i was alone. I really didn't like it. The piece of meat was about as small and as thin as you could cut it. It came with lima beans. Dont get the Monday menu. Its not worth it.

The location is absolutely incredible. Great views of the mountain from the hotel. They great amenities, the pool , jaccuzi, etc..room was great, clean and comfortable. Exactly as they showed it on bookings. No surprises.

Dark corridors felt a bit strange, and fixtures and fittings looked new, but flimsy and not up to the job of being in daily use in a hotel.

Great location for touring the Pyrenees, very good value simple clean room. Food was very good value, we had dinner the night we arrived, which was a set menu, suited us as we are not fussy eaters and the food was great, but may not suit everyone. Breakfast was a buffet, all good and very good value. plenty of parking.

Surfaces seemed a little tired and chilcdren dominated the pool making it an adult no go zone.

Helpful staff on reception. Gentleman serving dinner in restaurant was very friendly, but needed a shower. TV channels all French - would be good to have English speaking news channel perhaps (e.g. BBC World News' or Netflix option). Poor selection of beer in bar. Food was adequate for 1 night's stay.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room- just a pertsonal thing

Great, friendly service. There's an indoor pool, a tennis court and laundry facilities. Spacious room. Good to be able to have well balanced and reasonably priced dinner on site with very little effort. Beautiful surroundings
