I loved the location, our room came w a cute lil terrace which was nice! Staff are nice and willing to help! For the price it is fair and would recommend :)

Unfortunately the showers upon our arrival had hair in it, it wasn’t cleaned properly but we asked the reception to clean it and the next day it was cleaned. Also, in the morning it is extremely loud, walls are thin and can hear everyone come in and out of their room. (also stairs are super steep - wasn’t a problem for us but important to know to be careful)

The location is great. Close to the sea. Good for one night sleepover.

The hotel has only 5 parking spots, and they are always taken. I parked my car on the street. It is 2€ per hour. I was lucky to find a spot on a street near the hotel. Keep in mind that you may need to carry your luggage(s) a longer way. The Wifi is really bad, with an unstable connection. Unless you are french or you are used not to eat in the morning, do not get the breakfast option! 10€ for a (bad) coffee and a croissant (that's not even fresh).

Location was great for St Maxime. Check in and check out was easy. During reception hours, they were friendly with answering any questions.

Minor issues, but upon check in, the windows were wide open on a 36°C/96°F day, making the room very uncomfortable for the first few hours. They had an over the room AC unit/fan that did an adequate job. Also, very few outlets available. We had one by the bed and one positioned higher for the tv. Walls were thin, so you heard everything that was going on outside of the room. To be expected for an older building.

Perfect location next to the beach Fast check-in procedure

The breakfast, probably it’s just the French style - they just give you big croissants and some pastries, juice and “do it yourself” coffee, some jams and Nutella - no ham or cheese or anything. Breakfast is for 10€ per person. They only have 5 parking spots, but I understand they can’t do anything about it.
