Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our central location and the nearby free public parking. Regarding the view, there are no ruined buildings around our establishment. The maintenance of neighboring properties is not under our responsibility and, as is often the case in city centers, views can be limited. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. Our rooms are cleaned daily, except when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door. On rare occasions, an oversight may occur, but in such cases, we always intervene immediately as soon as it is brought to our attention. If you are indeed the guest we believe, your room was forgotten only once and, when you informed us, I personally went up to clean it right away. The following day, it was not an oversight: our housekeeper, who was under heavy workload during the peak season, had simply not yet finished her round and your room was next on the list. She took care of it as soon as she saw you in the corridor. Regarding the size of the rooms and the absence of an elevator, these details are clearly indicated on all booking platforms before confirming the reservation. Finally, we regret that this review was left anonymously. It is always easier to write afterwards than to take responsibility and share feedback directly with us, while we always do what is necessary when remarks are communicated on site.
