MaltaExceptional location close to the main attractions in Lourdes. Rooms were nice and clean. Service was top notch, regarding which I will elaborate further. On the day of checkout, we had to leave at 06:30am (as our flight was leaving at 08:45am), whereas breakfast started at 07:30am. The hotel staff offered (which offer was fulfilled) that we go down in the breakfast room at 06:00am and they would give us a mixed selection of items usually offered for breakfast. Such gesture was much appreciated.

IrelandOveeall the hotel room needs a wee touch up with new carpets and paint on skirting boards but this didn't really effect our comfort.
The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel location was excellent. Lourdes had a lovely buzz around the town, yet our room was quiet. The two big things for us were the aircon and the room fridge. We didn't avail of breakfast because we had early starts with cycling plans but could have what we needed in the room because we had the fridge. The river view was fabulous with the mountains in the back drop. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the river. Smaller hotel compared to others on same road meant that it was quiet.

United KingdomThe adherence to policy, when I tried to cancel our room/change date because the friends we were meeting could not come because of being in hospital.....terminal illness. in Lourdes of all places....I would expect some come and go - we would have changed to another date, but the date for being able to change had passed when our friend was admitted to hospital. We decided to use the room rather than lose all the money, but would have preferred to change the date. No way were we cancelling to allow the hotel to resell. No negotiation. Our friends could not travel and lost the money completely, they did not cancel either for the same reason.
I liked the location. Air con. Staff were helpful.

United KingdomBesides the dirty carpet, I took photos of minor issues, e.g. small rips in the wall paper to ensure not to be accused of causing them. Otherwise nothing.
Hôtel Le Rive Droite & SPA was a last minute booking for me as another fell through. It was a very lucky booking, as not only is the hotel located opposite the final stop of the Airport Shuttle as well as busses for excursion, e.g. Grotto de Betharram, but also in walking distance of Petite Lourdes (tourist attraction), various eateries and shops, however more importantly only ~7mins walk from the Sanctuary. Trying my "best" French, the staff was friendly during check-in and explaining (in English) about breakfast and the Spa. Though I was there for 1 week, I didn't get to sample either of them. My room was clean, tidy, comfortable and had a small balcony (which again I didn't get to use - not enough time).

United KingdomIt's nice to have the toilet separate but i didn't like the distance between the shower and toilet. We forgot the adaptor for our chargers, the hotel had only one spare luckily but not the shops in the area.
Location. It has plenty of shops, restaurants, café and Lourdes Cathedral is just 5mins walk away. We went specifically for that. Breakfast was nice too.

Bed linen good & changed frequently, however carpet in Room 603 is filthy & one would not step on it. Breakfast was standard.

United KingdomClean facilities and cleaned daily, BUT the carpet is minging, which ruined the stay cos the room felt dirty. Beds are very soft (my preference) but so soft my side dipped (i am heavy) and my wife woke in the night rolled downhill next to me 😊. Bathroom clean but the bath sides are higher than usual, so may present problems for older guests climbing in for a shower. The shower hose looks knackered and is only 2inch spray diameter- need shorter new ones with bigger head. Staff really friendly except they confiscated the attention when I used it Fawlty Towers style. Great views overlooking the Ousse River and pyrenees. Overall, not much needed to lane this a 9+
