We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomGreat self catering apartment, a bit tired but good value. Reception staff were amazing, very friendly and really helpful, a big asset. Worth noting the complex consists of several buildings all services by a central reception area. Eating out options are extremely limited and needed booking in advance. Make sure you read the clear checkout requirements re linen etc, if you lose the instructions they're on the back of your apartment front door! You'll be fined for not doing what they ask, fair enough really. On checking out they asked me to wait around 5 mins while they checked the apartment was clean etc, again no problem but bear in mind if you're in a hurry. Liked it here, will be returning.

NetherlandsCharging extra for towels and bed sheets is something from Ryanair approach, I would better add this to the price of the room not to ruin the impression. Also a list of possible fines makes a normal person feel like criminals

United KingdomDespite being given rough details of the location it was hard you find (google etc not very helpful). Tried to call for help to find it, but answering machine. Minor point really as property great.
Lovely place used for overnight stop but would actually bd a great place to stay. Gateway to skiing resorts. We had a week booked elsewhere so passing through. Great local restaurants with great meals (wide choice) and great staff.

Franceits winter time so its quite cold but then the heater always goes automatically off all the time , leave it to costumer when they off or on because we are paying for that .
i love the place , why we are not comportable because we are family but they gave us a double deck with one bed , so we decided to sleep on a sofa bed which is not comfortable

FranceWe have been charged 20 euros for not bringing back the sheets from the appartment to the reception when leaving. It has not been mentioned to us at arrival, it was written somewhere in a their recommendations leaflet.
